Good room with a fridge, tea pot, coffee and tea bags. Friendly staff. There is a big shopping mall Big C close to the hotel where you can buy food and everything you need. The pool was also really nice. The bathroom was not really clean. The breakfast was mostly for Indians, not a lot of choice. There was a balcony in the room which I couldn’t really use because it looked directly onto the balconies of the building opposite. When I checked out, the staff asked me to pay 200 baht for the spots on the bed linen, which is something that I have never seen at any hotel.

The lighting in the bathroom was a little dim, making it difficult to get ready in the morning.The most disappointing aspect of my stay was being given separate beds instead of a proper king or queen bed. We had specifically booked the room for two adults, but were given two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable and not ideal for a couple.

Nothing Would not recommend at all. Pay a bit more and find a proper hotel. Firstly we booked a room with a balcony with city view but the balcony was more like a prison. Closed off windows which when opened had a view of an abandoned building and disgusting smell. Used cigarettes on the “balcony.” They said they couldn’t offer us a city view room without paying more and that we had to contact booking.com about this. The manager was very abrupt about this and did not offer us any alternative. The room itself was outdated and had a damp smell throughout. They offered us a different room which smelt even worse. They then offered us a third room which smelt damp but not as much as the other two so we decided to stay in this one. The rooms were clearly not cleaned properly as there was rubbish in the bins, used towels and missing shower gel and shampoo. They also ran out of clean towels so we had to wait until the evening to request them again. The safe in all rooms did not work. We asked them to fix it and they said the mechanic will come in half an hour - they never did. The air conditioning unit was very loud and made loud sounds throughout the night as if it was going to fall off the wall. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and they sent the security guard to fix it with his hand. It fixed for about half an hour then became blocked again. Also location isn’t good. In the middle of nowhere with nothing much around it. Quiet local streets so you would need a taxi or transport to get to the main areas.

We staied during New Year Eve and according to our reservation we should have included a bottle of wine and a bottle of champagne per room. Although I showed them the reservation, they said this is not true. We paied more than double the price that was on the reservation sites on the day we arrived and they were not able to fulfill their obligations. The internet is so bad that we preferred to use roaming data. The staff is also bad. They are not willing to help customers. We had a towel missing from our room and we had to go downstairs twice to ask for one more. The pictures of the hotel on the internet are misleading, there is nothing modern here, the rooms are basic.

I don’t know but there wasn’t hot water in bathroom,only warm water .

I found cockroach in the toilet which i belive not suppose to be hotel standdard room is not clean. Also maintenance is not well keep. Compare to the price we paid. Never come ever again.

I stayed there for one day. After I left the room a woman with keys, muttering in Thai, entered looking for valuables. She found nothing so I didn't realize what had happened until I saw my video couple of months later.

Breakfast was 150 thb daily; however, the listing said I could purchase breakfast for my 3 day stay for 300 thb.

It was lean and the staff was very nice

Located next to Big C. A supermarket that has everything you could ever need. It’s quiet and the Manager Raju and his staff handled every request I had promptly. If you are patient, you can catch public transport to the beach and surrounding attractions for 10 baht each way. Outstanding value for the money!
