They do not have a shelf to place the shampoo and shower gel bottles and had to place on the floor!

The room was a good size with a good size balcony, but very quiet considering it was minutes away bars and restaurants. It was also close the night markets. The TV could have been bigger

Good location, room and pool ok. Bad service, no one in the reception knows English. My daughter got sick and puked, they charged us for cleaning the linens!! Been in many hotels in Thailand, got better service even in a two stars hotel.

Stayed in room 124 cottage villa. Great for pool access. Pool in this area never got too busy. Nice and private area. N/a

Nice relaxing place to stay Nothing

The pool was nice, but the staff did maintenance on the pool midday when very busy. The view was good from the room on 3rd floor. The cocktails were decent, usually high price for small glass but we'll made. The location is good, right across the road from the beach(very dirty) and many restaurants, shops and food markets within walking distance(although the sidewalk is not good). The housekeeping was good and thorough, but slow. There is a kids room which is nice for rainy days. The staff were friendly towards our baby. The check-in was not good. On arrival we were not welcomed, no welcome drink or anything offered and told to go across the street to draw cash for the deposit because they can't put a hold on cards. This is inconvenient after travelling far with a child, and very strange for a hotel. The reception staff did not know information about the surrounding area regarding attractions or travel options. The elevators are very small and slow. Nobody helped us with luggage or took us to our room. The room is dated and broken furniture(broken lamp, noisy airconditioner). Huge spider fell on me when I opened the sliding door to the balcony, and very dusty curtains. The beds are very hard. We informed the hotel we were traveling with our toddler and requested a cot, they replied via email to say okay but there was no cot in the room. We had to ask again, we also asked for an extra sheet for our baby and they said we'd need to pay an extra 600baht per night fot the sheet. We ended up just letting our baby sleep in the bed with us. The lighting in the room is frustrating, switches located in strange places and difficult to navigate, some did not work at all. The hotel restaurant was very quiet for dinner, however the food took about 45 mins to arrive, baby meal came last. Tom Yum and Green curry tasted like packet sauce, kids meal missing items. Very expensive and bland food. Breakfast was dismal. Worst I've ever had in Thailand and so expensive. Staff were rude when we asked for assistance, but very kind to local guests. They are clearly anti westerners. Check out was annoying, we went to check out at 11am (checkout is at 12pm) and asked about getting a van or bus back to Bangkok, which the staff battled to give information about and we were bored of waiting to get our cash deposit back, so decided to go to the pool and come back at 12 to get our deposit back(already gave key back and checked out at 11).

They upgraded us to a beautiful sea view. The pool's were lovely too We didn't stay longer! All good ?

Hotel is very nice and staff very polite. Morning buffet was very good. Hotel nice and clean and good location to the Beach. A lot nightlife in the area, but not irritating to the hotel area. We booked the Pool Villa directly access to pool. We had arranged my sister to visit us and we have lunch together at the pool and relax. But the pool was closed for maintenance!! Pool direct access to a closed pool. We paid double the cost for that villa.. I informed hotel i want refund. Hotel promised to contact back but never did.. . I rent hotels all over Thailand and never get this treatment.! Lets see if booking.com responds..!! Picture attached the Direct pool villa and the closed pool..!!

Fresh renovated room, far away from the main hotel but it was okay, no sounds from the street or bars. Would say a little too expensive

A great reasonably priced location if you want a calm spot to stay. The staff were attentive to everything and kept everything clean. They even got a surprise birthday set up done in the room for one of our family members with a beautiful bed decoration and a cheesecake slice which was a thoughtful gesture. The room had a old yet clean feel to it. The breakfast variety was good and large. It is in front of Jomtien Beach and we had a room with a great view of the beach and city especially at night time.

For me personally I only have jam on toast and cereal. I can’t eat foreign food, so my breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was central to shops and restaurants not having too far to walk to eat drink and shop We was on the 9th floor and most of the time had to wait quite a while for the lifts.
