I use bolt to get around large cities, but I had difficulty booking a taxi back, because Kram doesn't come up,nor does Kram hotel etc I finally got the info from looking at the taxi I took from outside the hotel and put that info the app, the cab driver then asked where about, You need to do better with the internet

The pool access room is amazing, lovely pool also. The bed and pillows are very hard, not comfortable for sleeping.

Modern and well maintained property with stunning pool. Excellent customer service. The Dining area seating(bench), it’s far too soft/sink. Unfortunately the hotel is on the main road and lacking of parking spaces, there is also a high voltage electric pole next to the car park that made some scary noise. No kids pool.

In a quiet area of pattaya, good for family vacation, Access to rooms allocated is extremely inconvenient: a flight of stair-service/passenger elevator-flight of stair-dark corridor, no beach

The private pool villa was lovely. The baht buses were great for getting to the action of Pattaya. The staff at Kram were lovely and late check out was great for late flight home. The air con wasn't the best and there was no air con in the bathroom. The private pool villa could do with more privacy as it felt akin to a goldfish bowl during the day with onlookers.

A great place to unwind and relax, friendly staff and great breakfast variety. Parking is limited onsite however extra free off site parking is available.

The pool is very nice and the nearby beach bar. The staff is professional and responsive. The property is clean and modern; however, the buildings are strangely attached and awkward to access. Great breakfast. The long distance to the Wonderfruit Fields. The surrounding area was fairly basic.

The room was lovely and big, great for children and families. The staff are all very friendly. Our room was next to the road and it was so loud all night, both from road and you can hear people talking outside.

The place is clean as it’s constantly being scrubbed by staff to make white parts of the building white. The hotel asked us to prepay for damages on check-in in cash. Strange request that makes you think what kind of place this is. This was our last hotel in Thailand and I didn’t want to leave cash that I can’t spend. The reception staff promised to book us an airport transfer so we can use that cash when leaving Thailand. Day later they told us to book Bolt ourselves. Western breakfast options are limited and the only healthy option are eggs and fruit. The rest is sugary yoghurts and cereal, etc. The door in our room was opened when we returned to it last night of our stay (presumably by staff that put the lights on or returned the laundry). These kind of things make you uncomfortable and question overall customer service.
