Modern and clean. I would stay again easily. The water is 15-20 minute walk. Like most of Asia there are no sidewalks or piss poor sidewalks. Thailand wants tourists but hasn’t figured out making sidewalks safer. They should visit Singapore for how it’s done correctly. Nevertheless. You can get to the water. Beaches are average. Hua Hin has 10 times better beaches and sidewalks.

The location was just great, with 7/11 store easy to reach and simple authentic Thai food freshly cooked around the area. Thai vendors in carts were so kind giving us extra serving without charging extra. It was the kind of hospitality so rare nowadays. You would know if one were doing something genuine from the heart. And of course, we appreciate it much. The hotel was very accommodating with always fresh juice every day in the lobby- such thirst-quencher after a walk to the main street of the city. We had lovely mornings in our own private balcony where we ate the freshest fruits ever!! So thankful for this experience...the chance to relax from city noise-back into nature's arms, and simply breathe, the real time of our lives. We liked the pool but the water was not heated so we couldn't stay long, but it was very clean and well land scaped.

Rooms soundproof is so so and you sometimes can hear people walking to their rooms after midnight. For me earphones or earplugs worked

Quiet and peaceful admosphere, which is quite rare within Pattaya In-room TV frequently restart itself. (Not much bother since we rarely use it anyway ?)

Not much... personnel was ok... Free airport shuttle????? My ass... they wanted 1800 Baht... that is almost twice the price of a normal taxi. For 1800 you rent a car + driver for the entire day... just for that I will give this hotel only 1 star Breakfast was CRAP. Paying the whole amount as soon as you arrive is BULLSHIT... you never get your money back if you have to checkout early.

I loved this hotel, really nice, large clean rooms and friendly staff. Special shout out to Ying on reception, she was so helpful and friendly. Great pool and everything you need in the local area. You can walk to the beach in under 10 minutes. A 5 minute walk in the other direction takes you to the main road where you can catch a Songthaew and get into the centre of town for 10 baht. There’s a 7 Eleven right across the road plus restaurants, laundromats, massage shops and other shops all within a minutes walk. There was nothing I didn’t like.

As per booking it's a 4 star hotel, if you ask me, it's max 3 stars. Old rooms, everything dark, cold water, poor breakfast, luckily we stayed just one night.

Attractive building, large rooms Our key stopped working twice which meant trips up and down to reception. The whole place is slightly dated inside and the feel of the rooms is cheap e.g. cheap bed linen.

Breakfast was good! Only warm water in the bath and shower! Complained to the manager only to be told kitchen area are all cold water and bathrooms all only warm water! I’m glad we paid extra to have a bath in our room which was un usable. I’m not sure how this place gets a 4 star rating with only suppling warm water for a shower! The photos are quite deceiving the building is in need of an update with the decor very outdated.
