Affordable price and had a pool. Also, a lot of parking. The bed was on the floor and there were cigarette butts and beer bottles on the balconies for weeks. Told staff to clean and they never did. The hallway stunk. The street noise was terrible, but at least they give you free earplugs.

Big clean room Location Room door frame looked like it would come off so did not look to secure. Bathroom roof panels didnt look to secure.

Mattress set on a low platform off floor, very low difficult for mobility

Did not like my initial room as was a bit tatty . Very happy after being transferred to a new room on another floor .Music nearby can be so loud in the early hours that you cannot hear the TV .

A great location right in the middle of town! The rooms are very tired. Could not adjust the fan strength on AC. Bathroom very ordinary with no storage space or even anywhere to put your toothbrush!

Positives: this is a cheap option, room has AC, TV, hot water and the hotel's swimming pool is a good size and gets the sun most of the day. It's in a great location in the heart of the Soi Bukhao action. Negatives: the hotel is not swish, and is largely in need of a refurb, modernisation, and a lick of paint inside and out. But, you get what you pay for. See above, but i can cope with the negatives.

All of the staff I came across were really lovely and helpful. They were always there to greet you with a smile and a welcome. The room is great with everything you need in it. It's in a busy location but it was quiet on the higher floors enabling a great night's sleep in a comfy bed. I have extended my stay here due to the comfort. I would mort certainly stay here again if I return to Pataya. It's good value for money. : ) Pass it was all great.

It was ok cheap enough I needed parking so was limited on where to stay staff where excellent When I checked in there was ear plugs on me bed I wondered what these where for?? That became obvious when I went to bend the noise was horrendous it was like having a heavy rock band in my room I wouldn't have slept with out them So for 1 or 2 nights it's sufferable but I wouldn't stay longer if u like your sleep

Nothing absolute disgrace people checking in every day and checking out again the following day they said they’ve never had a hotel like it before you sit out in front of the reception of a night And you were confronted with rats the music was so loud of the night time when you tried to complain about it all they done was gave you earplugs I gave the room minus one you’ll be doing yourself a big favour if you took this one off your listing this is just a hotel from hell completely ruined our holiday Absolutely nothing disgrace

... the rooms are clean... the staff are friendly. Everything is at your doorstep. The noise from the clubs across 4ye road goes untill 3-4am. So if.you get a room facing the nightclubs. Sleep is very very hard. Book a room on the opposite side of the clubs
