This was my 5th time staying at Season Five Hotel! The staff are always so friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the facilities are great. The location is super convenient. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality keeps me coming back every time. What I liked: Everything! Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good facilities. This was my 5th stay here. What could be improved: As a regular customer, I wish they offered a better price or special rates for returning guests. Overall: The rest was excellent as always, and I still love staying here!

Location was good, and the room was spacious. Rooftop pool was lovely. Bed was very hard. Would have been good to have the rooftop bar open. Breakfast was very basic.

Good location, good quality for the price.. The tub, would be perfect if they had standing shower so you don’t have to make a mess with the water when showering

OMG. That bed is like a brick. I basically did not sleep for four days because of it. So bad I would never stay here again. Also, WiFi is really bad. Doesn’t stay connected.

We stayed here 2 different times over a 3 week period - once on the 8th floor sea view side and once on the 2nd floor city view. The location is good, about a 3 min walk to the beach and close to many restaurants - but see location comment below. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. Each has a large balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, plenty of storage, a mini-safe, a refrigerator and hot water kettle. Bathrooms are large - but see comment below about the shower. The gym is adequate and the rooftop pool is nice. Ample free covered parking. The staff were super nice and helpful - particularly the guy who cleaned our rooms. The worst part was the shower. It's large with a tub but the problem is that the tub is "raised" so that when taking a shower, water pools up around the tub and drains all over the bathroom floor. Both rooms we stayed in had this poor design. The internet is unsecured and was a bit slow on a few occasions. You have to re-log in each time. The location is on what used to be the "quiet" north side of Pattaya Beach but recently a Chinese developer put in a large outdoor entertainment area between Soi 5 and 6 which, depending on your room, can be a bit noisy.

The property is in a prime location to enjoy the best parts of the Pattaya . Next to; Soi 6 for beers and ladies, a 3 minute walk to the beach, Nextdoor to the Runway street vendors, & close to Club Impact. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk. I found a laundry service, motorbike rental, weed shop, legit massages and great dining within 1 block. I reserved an ocean view room that had a very obstructed view. I wouldn’t pay extra for the view. Either way, it wasn’t much of an up-charge.
