Located right on a local beach in Banglamung area, Serene Sands is within 15 minutes from downtown Pattaya. Free Wi-Fi and Free parking are available. Comfortable rooms at Serene Sands feature air conditioning, a TV and a fridge. Each room also has an electric kettle, Mini-bar and water heater in the shower. At Serene Sands, guests can enjoy a dip in the 25 sqm salt water pool or relax in the outdoor jetted bathtubs. Mongolian couple stayed for 5 days: staffs are very helpful and kind good people. She helped to rent a motorbike and we had an accident. We were so thankful for staff helped a lot and cared much. Also the moto shop manager guy named Tum helped a lot. Highly recommending !! Location little far but quit peaceful and relaxing to stay. Better rent a car or moto.

Very pleasant rooms and an amazing swimming pool. Sandy beach area was pretty cool! Garden was nice and the whole stay was a great value for what we needed. People there were very nice and plenty of comfortable spaces to relax. Not having cooked food and ice drinks available can be a real challenge. Some food is available in the morning, but after that, you are on your own. Even some basic french fries, nuggets, and big glasses of iced drinks would make it 5 star for us. Also, avoid grab food and go with Lineman ... grab drivers not interested in going there.

location for us was perfect, slightly outside the main area of Pattaya (15 mins by car). the hotel was comfortable, the manageress was awesome, really helpful. some outside redevelopment of the beach area and gardens ongoing whilst we were there, which took shape and looked really good. nice quiet, peaceful hotel and location. Hotel seems popular with Thai people on weekend breaks.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was good, but no shade around it. Garden is pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a peaceful hotel. The location is poor. Taxis have to be used to get to Pattaya and back. Fares are cheap but using them twice a day adds up. Nearest restaurants are a 15 to 20 mins walk, and not all that good. No beach , so hotel name is a little misleading. But to be honest, I doubt that anyone would want to swim there.

Property has a beautiful garden with a big pool for swimming. Firstly there is not really access to the beach as the property goes right to the edge. The beach is filthy, the water was even black because of the refinery which is located on the beach not too far away from the hotel. Also the jacuzzi needs some renovation.
