The room was very comfortable. The design is Japanese style which was very calming. The staff were very friendly and polite, they provided free afternoon tea with cake.

Customer service

The location is peaceful and secluded, yet in the heart of Pattaya with only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Down a broad, open cul de sac that is very clean and well lit. With many trees and natural shade. Truly unlike so much of this city. The customer service is first class and puts major 5+ Star hotels to shame. The entire building is extremely well kept and fresh. The team here are obviously proud and determined to present an image of excellence. And the spa is beautifully appointed. On the whole, we have the best value hotel I have found in Pattaya. The bathroom layout is the only downside here. Be prepared and bring a hanging toiletry bag, as the shelf space is tiny with no cabinetry. And the shelf gets wet from the shower. The bar downstairs is good, but limited as a cafe. Plenty of early opening cafes in just a 5 minute walk.

The staff, location, bed, bedding, coffee, Sat TV, room safe, spa next door and if you go ask for Bae! Best foot massage ever! Didn’t eat anything. I love the Japanese’s feel to the hotel as well. Only issue I had was while on the forth floor I wanted to take the stairs down and they were NA! The exit was blocked and that’s a MAJOR FIRE HAZARD!! But anyway they did move me to the third floor where the stairs worked if I needed them.

Bed was very comfortable, staff was extremely warm. Very quiet with 7/11 less than 5 minute walk The view from my room, 506, was just rooftop and AC units but for the price and location it was a great base for the area

I tent not to get a breakfast in any hotel I would rather eat out and I tent not to use the hotel wifi there is enough data on my fone to do me location was nice and quiet no complaints there Nothing

Hi guys Anthony here from Ireland I've stayed here a couple if times and what stood out for me was the staff exceptional cannot say how friendly and accommodating they are you will b greeted with a smile and a swadeeka every time they see you two out if ten I will definitely stay again the beds are so comfortable and big a balcony is a must for me view was lovely all around a really enjoyable few stays and will stay again 100% Nothing

I like the location away from busy street and the bed very comfortable I need to change room due to air conditioner issue but the other room also have safety box issue and they fixed promptly but hot water issue is quite bad I need to turn on hot water device manually each time for shower

From the staff, to the room, and the location everything was perfect. I loved the big screen TV ? I wished I could have stayed longer ?

Nothing was good at the hotel Firstly it was very difficult to find the hotel at the first place as its location is in between two big hotels and it looks like staff quarter on top of it everything was chargeable including the towels, water...pics shown in the website does not match the hotel (the reception area is congested, rooms are not even proper ventilated, AC's don't work properly, bathroom sliding doors are not properly fit & does not have basis accessory like soaps)
