20 story building so grat views of the city Big rooms big bed daily room service A/C room can get cold at night. TV if you're board Water bottles suplyed 10 indian restaurants in 5 minutes walk , they like this hotel Big lobby Drive through parking drop off. Taxi and laundry shop just out side and a few small bars and cafe Not well know by mini bus and taxi drivers Getting there was a task but when you know were you are it's not that far from the beach 15 minutes walk. If your fast Bad shower. No mixer taps step in bath tub. Tepid water. Lift can be slow

Having 2 toilets in a room. Good location. Sea view from higher rooms. Not clean. Sofa had food particles on it. Curtains had insects. No good lightening and very dark at night. Staff not helpful with issues. Cleaners if came to clean and guest is sleeping or taking shower they don’t come again to clean the room and they don’t supply you with toiletries and drinking water for that day.

The rooms were dirty and had not been cleaned. The walls had insects and upon calling and showing the hotel staff their reply was so what its ok they are everywhere. We considered changing our hotel but had already made the payment for the Suite for 4 nights. We had to change our room minutes after we got it. Pillows were in a bad condition. Bath towels were torn, dirty, old and worn out. The toilet bowl was brown and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for months.VERY POOR HYGIENE STANDARDS. The restaurant was shut all day and only opened for breakfast so you can't order anything or even go to grab a bite at the property if you missed breakfast. We were totally disappointed. Would not recommend staying here even if the room was free of charge!

The maid was really nice and took care of me The pool was full of noisy children. Definitely didn’t want to swallow any of the water when I was swimming, if you know what I mean (wink)

I went to pattaya session hotel November 29th to Dec 5th with four member's friends , Staff Service response and food very badly. Example ,one Reason " I know Actually 10.30 am close for break fast ,But I went to 10.35 am dinner place ,I spoke to staff members for break fast,they are response very very bad . No Exception for 1 min anything .This is highly Disappointed. Pls my request don't continue any people . I am travelling with four number. All are disappointed. Because of only one Receiption Staff and break fast staff.but clean very good .

That they advertise that they have king sized rooms and beds but didn't. it was just two twin beds pushed together.
