The Train Resort - Your Relaxing Resort with Large Pool & Jacuzzi

The staff were very friendly, the location was easy to get around by scooter and go for walks, laundry near by, breakfast and coffee shop near by and small restaurant near by, the change room was big and the pool area was nice. The fitness center wasn’t really a fitness centre per se. It does have a few pieces of equipment but doesn’t look as the photos suggest. The photos of the resort spa don’t reflect the reality and the bathroom was very difficult to navigate. The sauna was closed.

Not much The fact after beibg there 2 weeks they rried to charge 200bht a day for can nothing writtien nothing in tand c . This stupid person just hit us day before we go. Told them show me in writting where i agree this of course they cant . Its a total scam

I also had an unpleasant issue with payment. I was unable to top up my bank card while in Thailand, so I asked if they could offer me the same rate that was shown on their own website. They refused and said that because I was paying in cash, I would have to pay 20–30% more than the price listed on their website. What makes it even worse is that the room could actually be booked cheaper through Booking or Agoda. Whether to stay here or not is up to you, but personally I cannot recommend this hotel. The insect problem and the strange pricing policy left a very bad impression.

Cleanliness, especially on cheap room it should be better.

Quiet Staff rude tried to add money and charge for cat . Charge seperat for sauna jacuzzi never work gym a death trap . Charge 45bht fro a cola . Cafee oen fror a very crappy breakfast . Check terms and conditions at no point does it say 200 bht a day for a can or charge at all

The water was barely coming out of the shower head. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Had to ask 3 times for the staff to clean the room

SOME ROOM HAVE WINDOW THAT IN THE MORNING THE LIGHT IS COMING INSIDE SHALL BE BETTER INSTALL A CURTAIN IN BLACK COLOUR.

First thing walking into our hotel there was a dead cockroach in the shower went to go grab the toilet paper cockroach rolled out of it then laying in bed cockroach came out of AC unit it was too late in the evening to contact

I enjoyed alot in such cheap price. The swimming pool is so good and the breakfast was amazing.

Nice interior. Great AC. Close buffet breakfast. Pool was nice Privacy is limited because possible to hear neighbors. Bedroom lights either too bright or too dark... No in between.

Good location only 10 min driving to the beach ,has nice pool and great free breakfast On second day had to move rooms and gave me a twin bed room even though I booked a double bed room ,bar closed at 3.00pm in the afternoon and restaurant was closed after breakfast
