Close to walking street I had a scary individual questioning me why I was leaving the hotel at night it's none of his business! I feel like some of the staff are connected to extortion scammers beware.

Spacious room on the eighth floor, Nice swimming pool, Breakfast buffet included Location in South Pattaya is good choice with beach, restaurant, shopping center etc in walking distance I came.back to the place after several years and found it in good condition. Very good value for money if to stay few days with moderate budget. Nothing to complain about

The location is central & the room was clean & a decent size The worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel in Thailand: no fresh milk for the weak instant coffee, only creamer, lukewarm fried eggs & tasteless ‘phad phak’ (fried veg); the desk staff were not welcoming & staff in general were not professional or attentive. With so many decent hotels in Pattaya, this is the only one I won’t return to.
