The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The large balcony overlooking the pool was great for early morning coffee and afternoon reading. For me the highlight was the large pool for swimming laps which I did twice a day. The property overall is well maintained. The staff is wonderful, always a cheerful smile and willing to help in any way they can. The on site restaurant served good meals and the brunch was excellent. I have stayed here many times and always recommend this property. The fact that it is excellent value for the money is a bonus! It would have been nice if the pool stayed open until 10 rather than closing at 8. Also the pads for the lounges could be a little thicker!

Super clean. Large comfortable rooms. Bathroom had a separate shower. The air conditioning had a difficult time keeping the room cool mid-day. Lack of privacy when bringing guest. Reception is located about 6 feet from the entrance that must be used every time you enter or exit.

Zing is a low-cost quality place to stay at Jomtien Beach Thailand. The room,while not any way luxurious, is comfortable and clean. The pool is lovely.

The location couldn’t be any better for the cabaret shows, beach, three motor scooter rentals across the street, short walk to corner where you pick up bus route which are pickup trucks converted and use for customers. Polite, professional, warm staff. Affordable all you can eat buffets daily. This is my fourth visit at this resort. I liked everything.

The room is fairly large, accessible and the bed is comfortable. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. The location to the entertainment complex (bars, restaurants, nightlife) and beach was very convenient. There is a nice pool. The wi-fi was good most of the time. The restaurant is good for breakfast. LGBTQ friendly, fit my lifestyle. Even though the surrounding area can be quite lively and a bit noisy, I did not have any issues with excessive noise in my room. (I was on the ground floor in a pool suite) The pool area could use more loungers, pool towels have to be checked out and there wasn't always an attendant on duty. Service at the restaurant can be a bit slow.

The hotel layout excellent , nice swimming pool, great relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is surrounded by gay massage shops, nothing wrong with that but was constantly harassed by young men.

Two room suite Bathroom. Shower water temperature fluctuated from too hot to too cold. No shower curtain meant entire bathroom floor got wet and slippery. No hot water in sink meant cold water shaves.

My fourth stay there, and Zing never disappoints. I was lucky to get an upgrade to a Pool suite - very large and comfortable. I also love the hotel’s convenient location, relaxing poolside area, great breakfast and friendly staff.
