location was satisfactory 1. price i booked online was NOT the price asked for at the check-in desk 2. no mention of a 500THB room deposit was mentioned before i arrived. given i had a taxi booked for 6am on check-out day, no guarantee could be given that bar staff would be available to refund my money! 3. was told by staff that ... pattaya has lots of available rooms, and if i wasn't happy i should look for an alternative ... so i did... across the soi at Opey!

Garbage under my bed from previous guests, weak air conditioning, my view was another building, no cable, room smells very strong and overwhelming.

I like the air conditioning of room and it is private. It is near to pattay beach.

Great place to stay. My room had a comfortable bed, fan, smart TV, WIFI, fridge, couch, coffee table, dresser, vanity, warm water, nice towels, and a balcony. Well worth the price and it was a very comfortable stay. As usual in Thailand, there were some ants, but it was not a big issue.

The air conditioner was not working.The Fan was okay but did not turn so it was quiet hot inside.

The staff were friendly, although it was above a bar it wasn’t too noisy, the bedroom was big and spacious. Fresh towels everyday. The pipes for the toilet in our room was leaking, which meant all around the toilet it was constantly soaking wet with water coming from the toilet pipes :( the shower had nothing to hold it up. If the toilet and shower were fixed it would be okay, but the leaking toilet made the place feel very dirty

The guesthouse is ideally situated for typical tourist activities and the vibrant nightlife The television needs personal Netflix or Amazon Prime login details which if you don't have is then not available

I was not sure about this place from the looks of it, it it was very last minute booking and it was cheap. The bed and the sofa were more comfortable than where I stayed for 4 weeks prior. The AC works great and there was also a large powerful freestanding fan I was not expecting. Bonus….. the Smart TV was actually hook up to the WiFi, so it actually worked which is often not the case. They still use 1 of those big chunky plastic things that turns on your power attached to the room key so you have a massive chunk in your pocket all day. One of my least favorite things about Thailand.

Location Quiet compared to where it was Balcony with clothes rack. good fridge and air con Cleaning lady was very nice and helpful.. 2 bottles of water per day The wallpaper in the corner needs sorting and the room needs painting. The bathroom is small there is no separate showing area.

A very clean and comfortable guesthouse in the Centre of Pattaya, close to all the nightlife and good Restaurants. The Staff are very attentive, professional and always willing to help. The rooms are Spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this place.

It is a baar comes hotel. Room is quite good. However I got a expression that they don't like Indians. Their communication was not up to the mark.
