Location, facilities, price and location There was nothing to dislike.

I had a really pleasant stay at Nieuw Vlandereen. The location is excellent, it's in a quiet area at the end of a dead-end street, so there's no traffic or noise which makes it perfect for relaxing. Despite the peaceful setting, it's still close enough to get to shops, restaurants and the beach easily. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there's also a cozy bar and restaurant downstairs. It really gives you the feeling of staying in your own house with a private bar and kitchen just below. The atmosphere is friendly and laid-back and it’s a great place to enjoy a drink or meal without having to go far. The host was very nice and welcoming, which made the stay even more comfortable. As for the room, I really liked the layout and amenities. There's a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a veranda with a table and chairs, perfect for having coffee or breakfast outside. The room also includes a microwave, kettle and a large fridge, which is very convenient if you want to store food or prepare simple meals. The room was clean, spacious, and felt very homey. It’s ideal for both short and longer stays. Overall, a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I didn’t like is that there’s no elevator in the building. If you have big or heavy luggage it can be quite difficult to carry it up orndown the stairs especially if you're traveling alone or as a female traveler. Just something to keep in mind when booking, but aside from that, everything else was great!

Room and overall place was very uncomfortable. Room was hot and AC was not cooling at all, even after trying different settings and even after staff tried to set it. And even without AC room should not have been that hot. I do not know how room was that hot. It's like there is a boiler next to room. Room was not clean. There was a bunch of ants when I checked in. I booked for 3 days and left after just one day, because the place is depressing and had eerie kind of vibe. Room had some strong burning smell, hard to say that someone just smoked in side room.

Spacious and clean room. Perfect location, tons of cafes/bars/7-11 around. Best value for the money. Bad smell in the bathroom. But this is very common issue in Thailand.

Location was Great. Place is quite and Clean. Facilitis is good. Near to Market Stairs and entrance is narrow

Spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic location: one of the quietest sois on lively soi Buahkow. Overall, excellent value for money. Many thanks again to Eddie and his crew for making for such an enjoyable stay. For B650 a night it would be very hard to quibble about anything.

Peaceful Gem right n the middle of everything. Highly recommended, outstanding accommodation at such a reasonable price. Nothing to not like.

Good location, handy to the Pattaya beach etc. Bathroom needs little improvement regarding floor mats etc.

The location is excellent. Inexpensive. There are no no smoking rooms. The room I had suffered from a very bad musty smoking smell, and the bathroom had other smells that were unpleasant.

No breakfast. Location is ok. Pls arrange complementary breakfast.
