Breakfast was great and the location was perfect

The location is excellent, near a lively entertainment area and a few minutes walk from the beach. I'm fine with them but all the rooms are reached via steps, there is no lift.

Awesome staff. Vinnie made sure everything was right. You should update the hot tub and some of the furnishings on the terrace

If you want to be in the middle of the action this is a great place.

The hotel is central for the entertainment area and only a few minutes away from the beach. Not a problem for me but the rooms are only accessible via stairs so guests would have to be able to climb stairs.

Location is awesome but a small botel in the street staffs are good nice behavior

Very nice staff. Location is great, I had window towards the party street and the room is surprisingly well sound proofed. I am quite sensitive to sound, but had no trouble sleeping with earplugs even in a completely sober state. Yes, you will here music playing until about 03.30am. I went to sleep at midnight most nights. Breakfast is very good at a good price, I'd go eat breakfast there even if I did not stay there! Good air conditioner which was obviously cleaned since I did not get a throat infection even though it was blowing on me all night while sleeping. Very rare to find a place that have clean air conditioner, my first time finding such a place in Pattaya actually. I have no complaints. Well, ok....the internet was not great I noticed, it was cutting the connection on my laptop intermittently for no apparent reason. I stuck to sharing internet from the tourist SIM card in my phone to my laptop instead. There really is no big need for wifi in hotels for tourists, you just get a tourist SIM card with unlimited data.

The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to Pattaya's nightlife and its affordable rates The lighting in the room is insufficient, and the hotel management should improve it in every aspect.

Everything about this place is great. Room, tv. Fridge, ac. Staff. Location in middle of action, clean, great bed These three bad things did not bother me but surely could bother certain people. No lift so up and down the staires, staff leave at 7 so when you come at night, it is a dark empty place, music and shouting till 6 am.

Nice location, big room, nice shower, and friendly host. Cockroach in the bathroom. Soap / shampoo can be improved. Lots of noise from outside until very late hours
