Great location, great service,and very friendly staff. There is a 7/11 next door, money exchange booth, coffee shop, and many restaurants just off property. I stayed in one of the efficiency rooms at the back of the property. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, Aircon worked well, and the bathroom was clean. Great basic accommodations and excellent value. I'm sure I could find something to complain about....This place is great for affordable place to sleep and enjoy Jomtien beach and pattaya.

Good location, close to beach and walking street Terribly dirty, restroom is not cleaned and so many spider webs and insects . The rooms smells awful. Floor rubber tiles tears off. Unsafe, others can access your room. Our family ran out 20 minutes after check in. We cannot get refunds, but still willing to pay extra on other hotel/apartment for safety concerns.

Disappoint in the location of the room even though the room was very good. The website says beach front that only applies to the office my room would have been 800m to the beach. Definitely no beach views which was disappointing. Closest rooms to the beach would have been 500m unless you wanted to rent an entire villa. The staff were excellent and the hotel supplied bike taxis 24 hours a day to pick you up from the room and take you to the main gates.

Not far from the beach. Swimming pool very nice. Good selection of English speaking TV channels. Room very old and badly needs updating . Cleaning staff very rood to me. When I had to ask to clean my room 3 hrs later she was not happy.
