Everything was great and the staff were awesome. The AC units were the only negative. It was super noisy and being on the ground floor, the AC above us dripped onto our unit all night. Other than that, very impressed.

Staff were the best, bathroom tile grout was black in some areas. The pool a great treat and the hotel is centrally located for our needs. No pets allowed was a barrier for us.

Staff was great let me park my motorcycle under the front awning. Helped because it rained all night.

I managed to figure out the AC on the last day. Before that everything was moist as it seemed the AC was not removing the moisture. 73 seemed to be perfect. Maybe offer fans?

Cynthia, who was part of the breakfast staff was gracious, helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were well satisfied with our morning complementary meal. She made staying at the Best Western Pawleys Island a pleasure.

What can I say first of all the worst part was pulling back my covers and having toenails in my bed then the Wi-Fi does not hardly work plus the staff cleaning the rooms are so loud and then you do not care about do not disturb signs but on a plus the lady at the receptionist desk, her name was Rebecca. She was fantastic.

Despite numerous complaints, nothing was corrected. We stayed at this hotel chain before and didn’t experience such issues; bad service ever.

The room itself was clean, but the carpet was awful. After I showered the first day, I was walking around in the room barefoot. When I got ready to go to bed, my feet were nasty! Needless to say, I didn’t go without my shoes again.

Great stay in Pawleys. Comfortable room and convenient to all local attractions. Staff are kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were all friendly. The little elderly lady who fixed breakfast was so sweet and kind. The kind of person grandkids would love to hug all the time. Room 209, the carpet was worn and filthy. We wore our flip flops to keep our feet clean. We didn't have any body soap in the shower. The bed was awesome! Slept like a baby. The pool was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. It was just one light away from our favorite ice cream shop, Paradise Ice Cream!!!!
