    The video check-in was a bit awkward but we got through it. The room had no towels or washcloths. I went to the office and they provided a towel. The location was quiet. Didn’t have breakfast.

    The windows, curtains, and even the floors in the room were visibly dirty. The bathroom was even worse, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The shower had black grime in the corners and along the sides, and both the floor and toilet were filthy. It made my skin crawl just being in there. Because of the condition of the room, I went to book another property. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

    Room very dirty, hair and dirt everywhere. Moldy towels, bed had hair in between the sheets like the sheets had not been changed.

    The room was disappointing overall. The bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned thoroughlythere was hair left in the shower, cobwebs in every corner, and the back of the toilet was dirty. While the bed appeared clean, the room had a strong mildew smell coming from the A/C unit, which made the stay uncomfortable. The room also had maintenance issues. The top security lock didn’t line up with the latch, making it completely unusable. On top of that, there was a large gap at the bottom of the door, allowing outside air to come in, so the room never stayed cool even with the A/C running. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance made this a disappointing experience.

    Do not say we’ll never stay again, spiders, roaches, and animals in the room. I had to leave at 1 AM after only being in the room for five hours because they were so many insects. I have pictures to prove.

    Property is good we come here Everytime we come here few times a year. This time was different than all the rest. It said and we always pay when we get to the room, whoever the older gentleman was at counter before I could get to counter had already ran the card and refused to take cash if we didn't have exactly what room cost and $100 deposit (never had to pay that before either) so had to use a credit card to reserve the room we ended up leaving day early due to the attitudes of the new ppl running the place I didn't see anyone that we were used to seeing and dealing with idk if we will be back or not due to the rudeness we wasn't the only one in the building that had issues with this man. Advertisement is false and they will charge you before you get there

    Place isn’t too bad. Went to ask the front if they had vending machines and he answered a call and said one sec and we waited for 10 mins. Breakfast wasn’t terrible but just waffles and bagels, cereal really. Wasn’t “dirty” necessarily but didn’t feel clean.

    If you just want a bed to sleep in than this is your place. 75% of the TV channels didn't come in. Either they were in Spanish, didn't have sound or didn't come in at all. Breakfast was a joke. Pool was ok. Air conditioning in room worked well but was kind of loud.

    The proximity to the beach Our first night I woke up at 4:30am to find a large bed bug crawling on my pillow. I took the bug to the front desk and was told I was lying and that the bug was not a bed bug. After arguing with me for 5 minutes the desk attendant moved us to a different room. After inspecting the new room we decided to stay. On the final night I found a German cockroach on the floor. The facilities in general are being renovated but it is clear that the renovations are purely cosmetic. Management refused any refunds, despite failing to provide a safe and sanitary environment. They insisted they have a pest control program in place but it is clear they need to do much more. I will not be back to this location in the future.

    I checked in at 6:30pm that evening and checked out 7:30am the next day and they took a $100 deposit that was supposed to be for incidentals refunded when I check out and they kept the payment because it posted to my account telling me it was refunded that same day 5 days later still no refund. They are scammers. Next stay there!
