However, the room had an unpleasant odor, like humidity or as if the cleaning cloths weren't completely clean, or possibly from the cleaning products they use. The carpeted hallway also had a noticeable odor. The woman serving breakfast also seemed to be in a bad mood and spoke to guests in a way that felt more like she was scolding them than welcoming them. Other than those issues, our stay was fine.

The bed was squeaky, the bathroom fan was too loud, and it was inconvenient because there was no separate switch for it and no night light.

Everything, cleanliness is definitely recommend for me

Very loud. People outside partying until 10ish, then folks loud in the hotel until about 3am. I was on top floor, did not help. Slept very little.

Staff was good breakfast was OK . Said had 2 beds but didn't. Not so clean but could have been worst

The staff was nice and the property was decent. However , the stay was a disaster. I was staying on the 3rd floor and the people above me on the 4th floor must have been acrobats. I say this because they were jumping , flipping and running until 3:00am. I called the front desk 3 times and asked them to take care of the situation and more than likely nothing was done, because the noise continued. Finally at 3:15 am the noise stopped. More than likely the acrobats were probably tired and finally ready to go to sleep. But of course by the time I actually got to go to sleep it was then time to get right back up. Lets just say I was not prepared to drive back home to Alabama. In the end we ended up checking out early and found another hotel to check into ( early checkin of course at a cost) . Again I was in no shape to drive another 8 hours due to lack of sleep.Lets just say this was my first and indeed my last visit to this hotel.

Location was great - clean, well presented. Ice was readily available and the staff we professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Harry during night hours did well. As did the young lady (Asian) manning the desk during the day. Would have enjoyed some boiled eggs with breakfast - and there was one middle aged lady at the front desk who seemed more concerned about what she was doing that about a question I asked her. But the young lady with her stepped in and took over.

The location was 5 minutes from my desired destination, which was great! The property was just fine.

Reasonable price for a good place to stay Getting out of parking lot wasn’t easy due to AV lanes.

I had a great solo staycation. When I was there, they were doing work on the elevator but had it resolved in about a day. Breakfast was hot and served everyday. The room was clean and staff were very attentive. The area is perfect, and everything I needed wasn’t more than a couple miles away. Would def recommend staying here.
