As soon as I walked in and turned on the light, I saw cockroaches. I turned around and went to the front desk. I told the front desk clerk, and she was going to put me in another room. When I politely declined the offer, she got an attitude and treated me like I did something wrong for requesting a refund. It was not a good experience AT ALL!!

There was no shampoo, conditioner. Went to the desk to get shampoo etc, they didn't even have any. I feel they should be prepared for guest!! The pool was nice and clean. The room seemed clean.

The room smelled horribly of mildew, the wall by the door has major water damage and the ac doesn’t function as well as it could/should be.
