The staff was accommodating. Poor maintenance and upkeep on room.

Staff is fantastic but they can’t fix the tv, the AC, the shades, the drain, or the elevator. All not working/properly. I moved rooms three times! Front desk was absolutely fabulous in trying to make my stay comfortable so no issues there. Owner needs to spend a little money on updating and repairs.

The staff was friendly. The room was fairly clean.

This property is not well-maintained. When we entered our room it was muggy and smelled badly. The bathroom was not clean and did not have full sized towels or any toilet paper whatsoever. There was no bedding for the pull-out couch. The polite staff did help us once we alerted them, but it was still run down. The window blinds and curtains were stuck, so we could not close them and the walls didn’t block much noise out. Overall, save your money for a better location. We paid over $200 for a bad experience.

Left did not stay they had rented the room i booked to someone else the manager said he was refunding my money to yall who ever gets please check to make sure i do !!

The first room they gave me hasn't been cleaned at all or was still occupied. The bed was unmade and there were used towels over a chair. I quickly closed the door and asked for a new room. I got a different room, but in the morning I noticed that the trash can in the room hasn't been emptied and was full with trash from the previous person

- our room was so close to the highway, I could hear the trucks and cars all night. It was not quiet - parking lot had signs about customers assuming risk which didn’t make me feel comfortable that our cars (and stuff inside were safe) Probably wouldn’t stay here again

I had a wonderful time at the property

Not impressed. And breakfast was not included and not made clear, so I had food in my plate when I was told it was an extra $12.50. Shared full size toiletries don’t seem sanitary to me. I prefer my own little individual ones that are only mine. Staff was not rude but also not friendly. My stay was ok but I will not be going back. As a matter of fact, I stayed at a different hotel a few days later ( same trip) on my way back through.

Everyone was very accommodating . We did have to change rooms around 10:30 at night because our air wasn’t working right.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. We have stayed in 3 different rooms at this property over the last 7 weeks and all of the thermostats were worn down. Other than that everything was clean. The staff is super friendly and the area seems safe as well.
