The place was quite affordable with a clean pool, and the beds were comfortable as well, the rooms were clean also. Location is fairly good, jump on a bike and you will be somewhere central in 5-7 mins! Also for the price for value is pretty good if you are only there to sleep and you are out and about all day, bed is comfortable and sheets are clean. Just the rooms are a bit old and the door is a bit flimsy. Staff are very friendly and helpful also! The shower had really little water coming out and also is not very warm. Water took a long time to heat up and shower water was so harsh my hair was like grass after :(

The staff The location was a bit far off. The room didn’t have any sound proofing whatsoever. We woke up at 7am to loud prayers and bells from the building next to it. We also woke up (2 days in a row) not having water to shower. The room could have been mare cleaner. The bathroom’s drain smelled pretty bad.

Beautiful little villa! Super friendly and accommodating staff. Had everything we needed and more. We stayed with our 1.5 year old. A little further out than I would’ve liked, but not really issue because Grabs are so easy, cheap and quick.

I recently stayed at Ratan Hotel and had an overall very pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping and water bottle refills, which I really appreciated. The hotel restaurant is conveniently located nearby an emergency clinic and plays relaxing ambient music from morning until evening, which adds to the calming atmosphere. My villa was right next to the restaurant, making it easy to grab meals. That said, the warm hospitality and overall comfort made it a lovely stay. I would recommend Ratan Hotel for those looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to unwind. One thing to note is that the villas don’t have much soundproofing, so you can hear quite a bit from outside—birds early in the morning, dogs at night, and thunderstorms that can be pretty intense. This might be something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location. Staff are amazing always very kind. This was my second time coming back!! Bit of wet weather but staff were quick to get umbrellas and ensured the property was safe for us all. Shower flooded on each use within seconds. Shower could be a little more clean.

The people who work there were always very nice. The roomhad humidity and smelled quite damp and the bathroom needs a little more cleaning. The location is not a strategic point unless you are going there to rest at the hotel.

It really had everything you needed for a short stay. The pools were nice and the restaurant was handy for drinks and food whenever. The bathroom of our villa was smelly 24/7 and as soon as we got there assuming it had just been cleaned it was still stink.
