Agnes Deluxe Hotel

The staff was very welcoming, the hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel room was spacious and beautiful, just like in the pictures. We had a huge balcony with comfortable furniture. The bed was also comfortable. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and we always got fresh towels. The AC worked perfectly and cooled the room down quickly so there was no need to have it on for a long time. The staff was polite and nice, especially the waiter/bartender at breakfast. The pool was also beautiful. All in all, it was a lovely stay. Although the overall experience was good, there were a few things I didn't like. The hotel was close to the beach, but it is in no way beachfront as advertised. That information should be corrected on Booking. Secondly, the Booking description listed that there would be a safe in the room with additional charge. When I asked for a safe, I was told that only premium rooms have it. That's another thing I think should be properly described on the Booking listing. The breakfast buffet was tasty but there weren't that many options. I was particularly disappointed with the coffee that was included in the breakfast buffet. It was kind of salty and undrinkable, probably because it was made with tap water, which was also a bit salty. We had to order our coffee for an additional charge from the bar. The Wifi was terrible. We managed to connect, but had no internet access. And finally, the hotel description promised an available parking space with no need to reserve it. There were definitely not enough parking spots, we had to park basically under the room window and on the back yard tiles, as instructed by the hotel manager. Every time we left the hotel with the car, we had to search for another parking spot, hoping that some of the other guests left. But I guess technically, parking is available.

Close to beach and supermarket. Mattress is comfortable. Breakfast is good. Pool was great. Note that tap water is salty all around the area of kassandra. Bad coffee in breakfast. You have to order cappuccino for a fee. Some of the facilities are not working well like the shower system on room. A/C is noisy. Charging for water in the room rather than complimentary. Pool sundeds cant be moved either shade leaving half of the beds unshaded and takes you to a journey along the pool beds to get a shade.

A very pleasant hotel, very clean, good breakfast, and helpful staff. Will visit again.

The breakfast

The hotel is placed near to the beach, supermarkets and to the main street. The backfast is quite good. The pool is really nice with sunbeds and towels. The staff is friendly. I took a comfort room, but it was so small. The pillows are not comfortable at all.
