Location, beachfront, kind staff, clean and newly renovated room Smart tv was not working(youtube, netflix etc.), no private parking but public parking is not tricky

We got there, there was a funny smell in the house, got told on our arrival that the air conditioner was not working and that tomorrow or the day after will be fixed. We were there for 5 days they didn’t fix it, I made a complaint about the internet as well, we had zero internet for the whole stay and no one cared to come and check. I would give it a 4/10 and would not go back there again.

Breakfast was nice and the receptionist was lovely and helpful . The Jacuzzi was making a lot of noise and it was not possible to turn it off There were sun beds, however, they were occupied by people who were staying at the hotel, but some of them were not used during the day at all When I wanted to use one of them, the problem started as the owner came back Couple of hours later started yelling at me, but the sun bed was there empty for five hours already. So it is not that comfortable to have holidays at this place as if you don’t have a sun then you can’t really use the beach and you can’t swim and rest. The worst part was that the restaurant people supported the guy who was absent for five hours and yelling uncontrollably. I will not go back there. It’s written in the reception that if a sun bed is not used for 30 minutes then somebody else can use it, but this has never been implemented or acknowledged by the restaurant people .

Great location, beautiful garden, stylish interior, practical arrangement! The floor was not very clean

Centrally located, modern, beachfront view, great breakfast Not much to dislike - it is a studio apartment so keep the door open to allow air flow

Everything was perfect! The staff is very friendly. The room was exactly like in the pictures and the jacuzzi was working perfectly. We want to come back next year.

There have been days when housekeeping didn't change the used cups/glasses and did not refill the coffee pods, but this is a very minor thing, we were happy with the stay.

Sea view, high standard, coffee machine in the room, huge and comfortable bed, exceptional cleanliness, restaurant and grocery store downstairs, both with super friendly staff, neighbourhood.

Everything was exceptionally geeat. The Staffel was amazingly nice and the breakfast was more than we could wish for & made with a lot of love!!!

Location The fact that I paid for a hot tub room but the hot tub was not working. And the room included breakfast but on the last morning the restaurant was not open at 08:45 to enjoy my breakfast (also included in the price I paid).
