Location....back balcony was great for lounging, checking out the waves and and great place for a workout....they had a yoga mat, exercise ball and rolling pin. Bed was very comfortable!! Pool area is a little cramped but nothing that would deter me from staying there again. Breakfast was delicious .....has the egg and bacon sandwich every am and the ice cream sandwich every night for dessert:):) Nothing:)

If traveling to Medewi there is no better place to stay. The view can’t be beat and the service is amazing. Every person goes out of their way to help. Hasti helped me so much during the lead up to our stay to ensure all my questions were answered and arranged transport. She was always available and eager to help. Agus, Nopi, Wayan and everyone else at the restaurant were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely enjoy the delicious included breakfast while scooping out the waves. The location really cannot get any better for a surfer or for someone watching a surfer. The beds are comfortable, bathroom products fantastic, purified water in the room is a plus and there is surf board storage everywhere. Every aspect of our stay here was relaxing and fantastic!

The rooms are amazing, well equiped and large. The breakfast choices are so yummy, you choose what you would like rather than a buffet - so much better than a buffet! The location on the point is great, you can enjoy the waves without leaving the resort or in some cases your room. It is all very clean and tiny but I am seeing some areas that need some maintenance from the last time I visited (first visit was June 2024, this visit was April 2026). There was a surf event on and the staff found it difficult to keep non-guests out of the pool which made it quite crowded at times - they were definitely understaffed.

The best view in of the medewi surf. Gorgeous sunset! The family room was very spacious but some things needs to be maintained, like the shutters to the balcony.

Good location, great bed. Our sheets had mold (ocean view room) and there was insect larva. And my husband got bed bugs bite. But the staff, especially the manager Indra was understanding and helped us change the room at night immediately. However we felt uncomfortable to continue our stay and left the next day after calling booking.com and explaining the above situation to refund us.

Staff were lovely - especially Nopi, her service was exceptional. Location was amazing - surf right out the front and pool had the perfect vantage point. Rooms were comfortable and food was great! We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back to stay again. Only issue we had was the wifi speed.
