In the shower, the water pressure was so intense it was actually painful. Housekeeping left a ‘roll’ of toilet paper on the holder that literally held one square. Why on earth would they not have changed it out?! Finally, my family has often chosen Hampton for the excellent breakfasts and I have had superb experiences at this particular hotel. This time, however, it was a mess. The juice drinks machine was out of order. The area near the waffle makers was dirty, with spills left in place. There was a small fly in the chocolate chips container and there was no whipped cream at all. What happened to the lovely gentleman that used to keep it in spotless, well-stocked condition? I could easily overlook any one or two of these issues, but combined it adds up to an unsatisfactory experience. And until Hilton decides not to be stingy with the AC, I will not be back.

Excellent A little hard to find off of Hwy 395. Even with GPS.

Nice building, staff, a little higher-end breakfast buffet. Why no overhead lighting in the room? Just a couple of lamps--too dark. I kept having to take things into the bathroom to see them properly. Why only 1 10-inch diameter wastebasket for the whole room?

Everything was good Nothing

Good location just off interstate Air Conditioner was extremely noisy and management did absolutely nothing to help. We couldn’t sleep and squealing unit caused both of us to develop a headache. They absolutely refused to do anything at all to alleviate the problem. Evening desk clerk said they were full and refused to refund our money so we could change hotels. I spoke with general manager the next morning who was equally abrasive and refused any kind of accommodation. Unless you want an absolutely horrible experience don’t check in here. There are a number of other alternatives very nearby.

Constant roar and pulsating noise. Asked to be moved or refunded and was denied. Left at 4:30am to escape the noise. Have stayed in Hampton and hiltons often. No more.

good location and clean

The air conditioner would cool down to 68 and then turn off until it hit 70 degrees and then turn back on for about 15 minutes. It would cycle like that about once an hour. The room stayed a little warm all night.

Pool and hot tub were a great amenity after a long trip. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable. We felt like we had plenty of room. Appreciated they were dog friendly.

It was adequate for what we needed. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The cost was crazy and I would have liked an outdoor pool. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were not good.

A lot. The pool and hot tub were out of service. The staff were i indifferent and said I should have checked the website. When asked about drinking water the morning staff said when I checked in the evening staff should have told me where it was.

The room looked much older and was significantly smaller than the pictures suggested. It also wasn't very clean, and it seemed like housekeeping had missed several areas. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the wall-mounted body wash dispenser was loose because the screws had come out, making the room feel poorly maintained. Breakfast was also very disappointing. The coffee pot was empty for a long time and wasn't refilled promptly. The orange juice tasted almost like water, as if it hadn't been mixed correctly. The omelets, sausages, and potatoes were all overcooked and extremely dry. The yogurt selection consisted only of overly processed, sugary options. The dining area wasn't clean either. The floor was covered with food, and the young male staff member working in the kitchen appeared unmotivated and unprofessional. Overall, this hotel did not provide the quality or experience expected for the price. In my opinion, it would be worth around $90 per night, about half of what we paid. I would not choose to stay here again.

Bathroom was not very clean. The shower had mold along the bottom of the door and sink was not clean around the drain. We book all the time through Booking.com and upon our arrival, my husband went in to check us in, and he was told to come get me to come and check in (I was the person who made the reservation). We were also told that we could not put the charge on a different card, that it had to be the one I made the reservation with. Of all the reservations that we have made, this is the first and only time this has happened to us. All the other hotels were very accommodating and had no problem with my husband checking us in, or using a card to our preference. That was disappointing after driving 10 hours to deal with that whole issue. The girl at the desk was kinda rude, and then told us we could put the incidental charge on a different card. Makes no sense. We won't be back.
