Hampton Inn Rochester Penfield

Everything was very clean . Staff was very nice and welcoming . Raffles at breakfast were amazing

Great place to stay in the East Rochester area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room had no washcloths and the front desk person (who was not the friendliest) said they had none. Just out of character for a Hampton but would stay there again.

Where do i begin? Room was really gross. Carpet had stains. Wall next to one of the bed had a big questionable stain. There was a giant cobweb right above the door. Not sure how housekeeping wouldn't see that. In the bathroom there was a Bobby pin in the corner so clearly the floor wasn't cleaned. When you turned on the water in the shower, literally black dirt ran down the tub to the drain. Likely a blood stain on the mattress protector on the side. We got in late but had I noticed that before bed I would have gone straight to the front desk as thats 100% unacceptable. The night of our stay the pool was packed with kids while their parents sat outside with coolers. So no ability to use the small pool. Overall yuck. Not up to Hilton standards at all.

Overall our stay was a pleasant one! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk night manager, Anessa (sorry if I misspelled her name) was exceptional. She went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one, treating all of us with both respect and kindness.

Nice property. Room was spacious. We did face a parking lot. Staff was very helpful. My hubby woke up with bites on his leg. Thinks from the bedding.

A very nice hotel, clean, well maintained. Parking lot is clean, and bright. Breakfast is also pretty clean, though only normal and regular food, but I will say it is pretty much clean and fresh.
