Amazing property We came late night and left early morning but property was great Not anything as such
-
Needs air conditioning
-
It was noisy from the M6 and the room was very hot.
-
Lovely decor, relaxing space and a great spa and leisure facilities. cant think of anything!
-
Lovely property - nice decor. Good breakfast and good sized family rooms. Staff very friendly Only thing that would have been better was kids only allowed in pool from 830 but as breakfast finishes at 930 it doesn’t give you chance to have a decent swim in morning before breakfast
-
Room was large and airy, bathroom clean and well equipped. Use of spa which I knew of already having lived in Penrith and used the facilities in the past. A pleasant, comfortable stay and very convenient for visiting, meeting family and friends. I didn't eat on the premises as I think breakfast overpriced, and ate out with family and friends, apart from having a coffee/tea on site in spa

The spa and swimming pool .The restaurant t was very busy so the staff were a bit stretched.
-
Location and staff were great We had to pay extra to use the swimming pool. Most hotels with a pool let you use it as part of the price
-
Great family stay, the staff were all so friendly, kids enjoyed the pool and the kids play room that was set up was an a

Hope to go back

Can’t fault it, perfect last minute stop when traveling and a super comfy stay.
-
The spa looked lovely Large hotel conveniently situated from the motorway but near shops and restaurants Staff were excellent, had a problem with our first room which they sorted out quickly and got us moved. Extra payment for the spa, and you have to book in. Not with it when you just want a quick dip in the pool to relax after a long drive. As with all hotels of this style, not massively sound proofed, especially for corridor noise.
-
Overall the hotel was OK, the food in the restaurant was nice and the leisure facilities good. The family room left a lot to be desired. Very dated and a little shabby in parts.
-
It's close to the station and the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking. I enjoyed the decor, which is inspired by topographical maps. The aromatic steam sauna was especially pleasant. Real nice food, too!
-
We loved everything. The photos did not really do the property Justice. The facility was Outstanding. Nothing
-
Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay. Free parking!
-
We didn't use the spa facilities this time. The restaurant is large but broken up into smaller areas. Huge open fire where chef doing BBQ and grills. Delicious food, well priced. The hotel is very close to Penrith which is a charming town. Many beautiful gardens to visit close by, as well as the northern lakes. Excellent location. For us, everything was perfect.

Nice outdoor seating and firepit Room edges could do with a proper hoover. Dinner starter, caprese was tomato with 3 tiny balls of cheese, rather poor. Shower grout could do with a revamp
-
Lovely spa facilities, great restaurant, fire pit outside was nice to relax beside at the end of the evening interior of the hotel was exceptional No air-conditioning in the room although fans were provided. The weather was unusually warm for the area so could not be helped
-
Good No AC in the rooms
