Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Pensacola Pine Forest

I booked a room with a pull out couch/bed but at the property they didn’t have any available so we had to sleep on the floor. Other than that everything was great.

The double toaster worked for couple days the one side went, couldn't get an answer when they would get a new one. The pool shower did NOT work and it was growing green algee all around. We stayed for 8 days got room cleaned twice, shortage on housekeeping help. I vacuum the room myself. Mostly same breakfast everyday, not much change on menu also at times there was NOT enough food. Overall I won't stay there again.

The only complaint I have is that the guest computer is completely worthless. That doesn’t take a way from the fact the place was great, however. The property was clean, orderly, and the staff were excellent.

Exceptional

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cold, which was especially appreciated. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The breakfast and coffee, which usually is excellent, were very basic and low quality at this Marriott! Priced at $150 / night was competitive but did not feel like this hotel was well kept...

Staff were fantastic. Everywhere was super clean and smelled fantastic. Pool had a few minor defects. Loose railing and ladder.

Reservation process, check in, room cleanliness, staff helpfulness, breakfast, check out, was all great. Much appreciated.

We will definitely stay there again

On the 4th floor there is a loud machine of some kind that randomly starts and you can hear it all throughout the night and day. Our water stopped working on the last day and when it came back on it was brown then turned clear. The desk lady advised me that room service is also day to day so do not expect your room to be clean everyday so you have to get your own towels and wash cloths.

Parking was great very safe location staff was great breakfast was fresh and good.

Rooms very clean and beds comfy! Breakfast was very limited and not a lot to choose from however.

Everything this is the 4th time we’ve stayed here. We make two trips a year to Pensacola to see family this hotel is perfect. Na
