Pretty decent they need to update the carpets in the entire hotel because they’re completely dirty no saving them and having a better system to keep the pool clean; it was cloudy for days and it took a bit to have it cleaned for guest to use

Beautiful, I wish we could have stayed here longer. The place is clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. I love the size of the rooms and the storage and amenities in there.

Very clean and convenient location off the highway. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The workout room was good. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. The room was spacious and clean. The walls are a bit thin. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and welcoming There was some trash left in the kitchen area of my room.

Room was clean and spacious breakfast was great with a plentiful selection for everyone pool was nice and clean and staff was very helpful my son lost a bag when we were leaving and the manager Priscilla Williams and all of the other staff members that I spoke with were so helpful. They boxed his bag up, and I got FedEx to pick it up and send it to my house. I cannot say enough about the helpful staff having the emergency and having them go out of their way to help let’s you know, that they are all wonderful people I would 100% suggest this location to anyone wanting to stay in Pensacola. Thank you.

The location and how clean it was. There was a barking dog in a room across from us it was very annoying and loud.

I love the interactions with staff everyone was friendly and helpful and willing to help when needed.

Staff especially nice and accommodating, free breakfast. Updated rooms, and facilities. The bathroom shower was a bit dirty, lots of hair. The carpet smelt a bit and there were gnats near the sink. Most uncomfortable mattress.
