The Cons: Our biggest frustration was that our door key stopped working every single day. Having to stop by the front desk every night just to get into our room was a hassle. The front desk staff wasn't necessarily rude, but definitely indifferent. Every time we went to fix our keys, it felt like we were interrupting them from looking at their phones. Overall, we only needed a place to sleep from 9 PM to 9 AM, so for a budget stay, it served its purpose well. You get what you pay for, and we'd consider it again for a short, no-frills trip. If you keep your expectations realistic for the price, this place is a good deal.

Horrible! Don’t stay here! Room was dirty, no sheets on bed. To many homeless lurking about.

My first day they didn’t have a tv that worked, was told the maintenance man was going to get around to bringing one but I never got the tv situation handled until 11:45am Sunday morning and that’s only because I went to the office an saw the maintenance man myself . Therefore they’re very unprofessional and that’s not acceptable at all I should be owed some kind of a portion refund if not the whole payment reversal

Dont go. Surprised it didn't have bed bugs. Not kid friendly. Staff didn't want to be there. Garbage everywhere. addicts walking around asking for stuff

it was clean but there were roaches it was quiet and what you would expect for the price if I need an inexpensive place again I would rebook the saff was great only problem was I couldn't get my cash deposit back till after 9 am and we check3d out at 8am

Will never go back

There is no shower curtain! No room service. We chose for a room with a microwave and when we got there, there's none. No coffee maker.

Bad customer service, uncomfortable sleep, neighbors smoking, drinking and riding a lot,

It had a pool It had Roaches in the Room our whole stay!!!!

The hotel did not have any smoking rooms , in one of our rooms we had a leak and nothing was done . They had some many rules and regulations that was very crazy Like no stains on the beds or towels or forfeit deposit One room we had , had bugs in the bed

No tub after I was told I would have one? Someone opened my gas cap- I am diesel- I suggest more lighting in your parking lot? Or, up your security. Thank you!

This place was awful. No phone, no lamps (there was a florescent light on the wall) no hair dryer, no clothes hangers, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The whole toilet was crooked, the bath towels were dirty. We found a cockroach on the floor. We had to leave a $100 cash deposit and when we went to leave at 7:30 am, the front desk clerk said we couldn't get it back until after 9am. That made us an hour and a half late leaving for our next destination. Would not recommend. I will never stay there again!

I had really high hopes opening the door to our room and smelling the aroma of cleanliness, BUT those hopes would soon come crashing down as the rest of the stay became a tad overwhelming. The beds were awful, and too small for the bases; the toilet was half torn apart and would barely flush; there were people hooking up right out in the parking lot; there was some kind of bugs running rampant throughout the room, and let’s not even start with the sketchy WiFi and the tv that only had three channels. And that surprise deposit I had to pay? Ha, that should have been paid to me just for staying at the place!! I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially to a family!

Ease of getting the room Needs updates

The property they clean, had a lot of unsavory people around, meaning we didn’t even have a chance to unpack our vehicle or and someone was already looking inside the car very closely Way too many people that did not belong there

IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Nothing there were homeless people and drug users about the parking lot and walking the grounds Al night . The fact that the property was not clean and drug users were in the parking lot and walking the grounds all night

The shower had no drop lip causing water to drain onto the floor if a shower was taken An extra 100 dollar deposit was demanded at front desk after reservation was already made on line and i was not aware of the extra fee. I did receive my deposit back but a notice ahead of time would have been nice and the room smelled like smoke before check in
