We really liked the property and the value. It was clean and was more of a little apartment than a hotel room. Very nice set up. I was surprised that check out is at 10am. A little later would be nice. Also, this is a very kid friendly place. I dont mind that. However, next time, I might ask for a 3rd floor room. We were on 2nd. All we heard the next morning was feet running (and jumping) back and forth for couple of hours.

The room was clean and nice. The pool was refreshing and the bed was comfy. The new putting green you added is just covered with sticks and leaves. Makes it very hard to use. Maybe a suggestion, put a leaf blower or broom that the guest can use or have maintenance keep an eye on it when it gets filthy.

Needs updating but good value for the money

This was our second time staying here. We love the pool, the activities and the quick service. Our sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the legs and center bars were broken and it had to be fixed twice during our stay, it appeared to have been fixed several times before us also. We didn’t like smelling the marijuana in the pool area and outside our room. A lot of adults were drinking heavily in the “lagoon” pool leaving their drinks laying along side the pool. I thought that was the purpose of the “adult” pool. the adults also seemed to takeover a lot of the activities that should have been more focused on the kids.

One night stop over. Very nice timeshare property. Will likely come back to check out all the amenities. Nice staff!

Amazing staff… so clean GREAT amenities Such a fun experience with my family! Love how fully stocked the rooms were and all the activities for the whole family! Already thinking of when we are coming back again! Loved it so much stayed an extra night

For the price (which was very reasonable), this place was a 10 in every way. This will always be my choice for accommodations when visiting Phoenix, Awesome place

Check in was a little odd having to go to a back room, that seemed like a sales office, to get pool bracelets and parking passes. Overall the room was amazing, well worth the cost. It was very nice having a full kitchen to use. The adult pool was nice, although it needs more shading and the deck to be swept, the overall atmosphere was fun. The property was easy to find and located near many restaurants. We will most definitely be back.

The manager on duty was extremely helpful.
