Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Restaurants close by.

I was surprised with how clean and welcoming the property and my room was. I will definitely return.

I would have liked to rate this hotel higher, but couldn't. The carpet in the half of the room near the window was wet. Not just damp, but soak-your-socks wet. When I told the desk clerk at checkout, she said, "Well, it has been very humid lately." I told her it wasn't humidity, but actual water soaking the carpet. I know they had heavy rain, but something allowed the rain into the room. Oh, well. Also, the shampoo pump in the shower didn't work. It had shampoo in it, but the pump didn't work. I told the same clerk and she questioned if I knew how to operate the pump. Really?

Only disappointment was not given my veteran discount rate but everything else was great.

Location This property is not well maintained-outside and inside. Repairs and refurbishments are needed such as lawn care, tightening loose doorknobs, etc… The HVAC system is not working well-everything in our room was wet: towels, sheets, carpet. This was despite the AC running. There was a lot of rain in the area but the system should be able to handle the moisture better. Breakfast was disappointing with limited options available, for example, no yogurt.

The breakfast was good, the coffee machine was great! Breakfast hours were great as many places shut it down at 9:30am. Handicap parking spaces were not used by anyone. Management should consider reducing them by one. Bottom sheets on the bed are too small. Corners at the head of the mattress come off every night and have to be put back on. Asked for the room to be serviced after 3 nights, it was not. So we asked again the next morning. Asked for more towels after the first night and did not get them. The next day we went to the front desk and asked for towels again and waited for them to hand them to us. Guy at the desk said he tried to deliver them to our room but we did not answer the door. Maybe that's why we did not get the room serviced the day we asked as it looks like you have to be present if you want towels or the room serviced.

Not impressed. The place could use some TLC

Location was easy to get to. Room felt damp and smelled musty. Windows were constantly fogged from outside. Accumulated dirt and grime in bathroom corners. Our bathroom tub had a constant drip. Room was quiet otherwise. Breakfast was good.

The staff was not helpful from the start. I had specifically asked for an accessible room and it seemed like I was asking for the world. We rented 3 rooms- one had dead spiders, one had hair on one bed and there was a wad of hair in the shower, and the accessible room had a shower that had no lid to contain the water so it was super slippery! I asked for laundry bags and the front desk lady glared and said I am out of those- do you want a garbage bag? The AC was so bad in all 3 rooms making it super humid. I would NOT recommend this hotel at ALL!! It was disgusting!

Great place to stay.. we’ve been here before and we’ll be back again!

The location was great, near Kroger and with easy access to major highways. The breakfast was decent with hot options, and it was different every day. The free 24-hour coffee station was a great gesture. It has a pool, although we did not use it. The surroundings are beautiful, and parking is easy. They did not clean the room unless you requested it. The shower was so noisy.
