Location Charge from hotel was more than I was quoted on line. Beds were very hard and sheets thin. No hot water. Breakfast was oversalted scrambled eggs, thin tortilla with melted cheese on top, black coffee. The door to my room was left open by someone after I returned from an outing and who knows who it was because housekeeping had not been there, fortunately I did not find anything missing.

Is close to everything They do everything to refuse your credit card and some of the rooms leak water to floor do to a bad shower door

It’s easy to find and overall nice. On my first stay everything was perfect, we checked in at 3 pm Thursday. But this second time we checked in at 8 pm and the room was disgustingly dirty. The bed was broken, the bathroom smelled so so bad, also the bedsheets were spotted…

Although the hotel cancelled my reservation, they did provide another hotel 30 minutes away. Attendant Fernanda did assist me the following day in providing a hotel 1 block away. Hotel cancelled my reservation. I was informed that I would be contacted once they had availability, they didn't, I had to continue going to the hotel to check status. Out of my 8 nights stay, they were only able to get me in on the last night. Fernanda had me select a room that I would like, I gave a deposit and then later received a message that it was not available. They put me in a room with a single and a double bed, when my reservation was for 2 doubles, the room had no toilet paper, I requested a roll of paper from Marcus, but it never came. The other staff have poor customer service skills. No courtesy at all. I've stayed in this hotel 3X, but will not be coming there again.

Little roaches, sink and shower drains were clogged. We informed the staff and it was taken care of on our 2nd stay.

Property staff unhelpful.

Most of the time, les workers are nice. They gave me a room which doesn’t have any curtains, even no curtain rails and no hungers. Because of the form of the building, there are other rooms windows in front of my window. They can see all in side of that room, and their windows have curtains. So I asked to change the room, but he said it is not possible. And he said they told about the problem of my room to the orner but the orner didn’t take care of it. He said I have to wait 45 minutes for someone will come to fix the curtain. I waited 1 hour, but nobody comes. I again ask about at the reception, and now another lady brought an old curtain to give me. I explained there is no curtain rail, then she came to check the room, and she understood how is my room. I saw a clean one bed room with curtain which door was opened , so I asked her to change to that room. then finally I could have a room with curtains. So I couldn’t do anything in the room 2 hours and half . I was so tired.

Nothing. The property stuff was completely unhelpful. They didn’t care about our needs and didn’t event try to help. Horrible we had to stay the all night without fan even though we ask for it, they never provided us with one.

If there is something we can highlight it is the breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable and made noise with every move. But the thing that I really didn’t like was the hotel stuff, they were completely unwilling to help, they didn’t care about what we asked for, it was like if we were there for free so they didn’t have to help.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.. The rooms were not as clean as I would like.

Perfect location close to everything . Clean room .Friendly but disorganized staff. Rock hard bed with plastic mattress protector. Ceiling fan doesn’t do anything . Dark room. No shower head . Very poor breakfast .

Location is excellent, lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Wifi was ok. Free breakfast was plenty of food for the morning. Room was ok size. No fridge as advertised. Beds really hard.

Nothing, the pictures of the hotel, the rooms are nothing like the ones they show on booking...the room was old, it has a hole and our welcome was a BIRD inside the room. The hotel's ads...are not what they show
