Great location, very nice staff, breakfast is good, not great but good and is prepared at the moment. The rooftop is nice. Maybe for safety reasons but the main entrance is always locked even during day time, so you always need someone to open the door for you. Is not that I didn’t like it but it’s a just comment

Nice hotel. The staff was excellent and were very patient with our bad Spanish speaking skills. The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. The AC was good and cold. There is a nice gathering area on the rooftop. Try to select a room far from the street, our room was right above the street and was quite noisy, that is our only complaint and it isn’t really the fault of anyone at Bayit Tov. The internet was a bit wonky, it would seem to randomly quit working for a bit, then work again. We could never get any of our streaming services to work on the smart tv. The staff tried really hard to help with it, but it wasn’t meant to be.

The staff was really kind, friendly and useful. Breakfast really good The towels were old, the location, when we came in the night we passed a bad zone, I was a little scared.

Breakfast was great and I loved the roof top patio. Air conditioner in room worked well and bed was comfortable. The facility was clean and fairly quiet. Neighborhood downhill from hotel was a little rough with lots of traffic but uphill from hotel was very nice and better to walk in. Hotel was close to walk to the center and parks. No hot water at night but it did work well in the morning. Front desk staff was polite but only gave basic information. I asked about getting to bus station but was told there was no way besides taxi- I later learned about cable transport from Parque Olaya. I was told there was no filtered water on site when I arrived but found there was some later that night.

I can't write anything about this hotel because as soon as we arrived with the reservation made months before, we were told that they didn't have a room available so I had to book another hotel at the last minute. They didn't have a room available at check in

Safe, secure, clean, convenient. I did not like the opportunistic and unprofessional laundry service fee thrown at me as I am checking out. I spoke to two different staff members about laundry service and it was implied that it was free of charge. Millo was the staff member whom I told a second time about my laundry service request on a Monday morning. When I returned to my room my dirty laundry was on top of my clean bed after the daily room service. I was instructed by Millo to leave my dirty laundry on the bed and staff would have taken my dirty clothes for laundry service. I then asked Millo if my laundry request was forgotten about or not possible to complete. Millo then came to my room and saw my dirty laundry pile left on top of my bed. He apologized and took my clothes and said he would take care of it. Tuesday morning of check out I asked at around 7 AM and Millo said my clothes were in the dryer almost done. Millo called me at around 8:30 to pick up my clothes from reception, there was never a mention of laundry service fee. When I am checking out at around 10 AM Millo then throws a 57 mil colombian peso laundry fee and asks me if I am paying in cash or credit. I was in shock and asked him how he came up with that price. Millo never weighed anything in front of me and I did not have that much weight in clothes as he supposedly calculated. I paid in cash 57 mil COP and very disgusted. The average rate is 10 mil COP per kilo, so Millo obviously ripped me off. I did not have 5.5 kg (12 lbs) of clothes and don't know how he even calculated that price nor did he show me the fee on an official document. The staff lady with glasses whom I initially spoke with on Saturday never mentioned a fee neither. She also assisted me during check in. This is the lasting impression I have of this hotel, SAD!
