Staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and provide a good ambiance. The dinner was great and reasonable priced compared to US prices. The free breakfast was delicious: sausage omelette, toast, fresh fruit and beverage. There landscaping is very well designed, but needs to be upkept. The grass needed to be mowed. I’m only critical of this because I’m a landscaper myself. There are way worse things I’ve experienced in other hotels that are worth complaining about.

From start to finish our experience was amazing. The breakfast was amazing, everything cooked on the spot and fresh. They had a variety of fresh fruits, authentic Colombian breakfast, fresh juices and coffee. They had exceptional service, from the day we books Andres was very attentive and helpful. On the property German was just as great amd everyone we came across, our family stayed on property and we left so happy, thinking of the next day well be back. We took advantage and did a couples massage it left us speechless. This will be you’re new favorite vacation spot!

Stayed here alone for one night after a short tour of Pereira with my band and already had high expectations for this boutique hotel with private pool/jacuzzi at a great price, which were surpassed by the beautiful scenery, delicious food at their restaurant, and some of the best, friendliest staff ever, even by very high Colombian customer service standards. Cannot recommend this place enough! A few minor issues with hot water, and wifi signal was very weak in the rooms.

Beautiful room and amazing view from bathroom! Great service. We ate dinner at the property - salmon with mushrooms - excellent! We also tried their one hour massage, and I would gladly recommend it!

Room is clean and comfortable. Nice and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. Good breakfast. The restaurant was very minimal and staff seemed confused that we wanted to order any food. The food wasn’t great and there was no beer. Providing condoms in the room was a bit odd. And the pool in the room didn’t seem totally clean.

Nature Indoor pool was not warm, not cups in rooms, hot water take long to get hot, towels were upstairs when shower is downstairs, floor very dusty, ants on the floor in bedroom, door was difficult to open and close, wifi is not the best. Not enough selection and stock of beers.

private pool in the cabaña (room), the employees and service are amazing. The views are awesome. no hot water, no air conditioning, no safe deposit box, no wifi in the room (cabaña). They say they have solar panels for hot water but they don’t work. Cleanliness and pest control are not great. We killed some ants and large spider inside the room. You are in the middle of the forest and the doors have a 1 inch gap from the floor so animals can get in easily. The restaurant is just ok. Unpaved road leading to the hotel. Bed sheets have stains.

The location is gorgeous and the accommodation is very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and polite, one of the best I have ever experienced. The grounds are very well kept and clean. Very family friendly.

The rooms were clean and the landscape was fabulous. Restaurant food was delicious. I am a landscaper so plant selection and placement were great; however, grass was not mowed, plants were not trimmed etc

The hotel is isolated, perfect if you want to get away, get disconnected. The room was very spacious, clean, and organized. Everything worked, and the staff always was keen to help. The hot tub in the room had too much chlorine; and it irritated our eyes and airway. It made hard to enjoy it. The water was cold; it never heated up. Some other guests had a party with loud music all night, and, despite this being restricted by the hotel rules, they kept going, which made it hard to get some sleep.
