Excelente location with the nearby plaza, shops, food joints, bars etc. The staff were extremely helpful giving advice within the area. They were more than patient with my lack of Spanish & made sure I was happy with all the arrangements. My room was cleaned with fresh linen added after the second night. Upon arrival I was given the option of choosing my room. The one without a window towards the back of the hostel is much cooler & quieter than the street facing option. I'd have no issues staying here again. None

next to a restaurant the whole checkin proces took over an hour due their failure of a not working pinterminal. so i had to make an internation bank transfer with a very bad rate. And it took atleast 30 minutes when someone arrived to the servicedesk when i wanted to checkout.

good location really Nice & friendly staff Clean Pillows too Big in my opinion, and thus impossible to sleep with it for us Can be noisy : we can hear easily the corridor

It was near my location at that moment. it was open even though it has long passed the check in time. The person at the reception was very kind and atentive Room with no windows bathroom with hair of the previus ocupant in the sink Mattress too hard for my liking WiFi very weak ... unable to check my e-mail ...hardly able to use whatsapp Very noisy from the very early hours of the Sunday-morning
