Very comfortable and clean room. It’s close to main squares where you can find everything. Very professional service. At nights could be risk to walk around, not much traffic and dark.

Some piece of furniture of the room was a little rundown, but for the price I paid I can't complain.

The staff was very nice. I don't know much Spanish but they were very patient with me. I would say after my 2 week stay my Spanish was way better than it was when I first checked in. The locations is also very close to several parks and as a runner I was able to explore them all. They also provided free coffee 24/7 throughoutyl my entire stay. The outside is noisy but that's to be expected as it's a very busy area.

Nice rooms for the price and the reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. They gave me a quiet room on the 3rd floor where I could sleep very well. It is a good location, just two short blocks from Plaza Bolivar. Lots of cafes, restaurants bars and shops nearby. The wifi on the 3rd floor was a bit weak, but on the 2nd floor it was strong.

Super clean accomodations with the hottest shower I've ever take. I actually couldn't believe how hot the water was in the shower. Hot showers are definitely important. I'm not sure how people could actually take cold showers everyday. Nada I liked everything

Easy to get to from main bus station. 30 mins walk or 10 mins taxi. Staff very friendly and helpful, I arrived early and receptionist checked my room was ready and took my luggage up for me. In the morning they called me a taxi for the airport. Room very clean, modern, bed comfy, wifi excellent. Windows are on side of hallway, is curtain but have to keep closed for privacy. Therefore have to use room light instead of natural light.

Front desk clerk said they called us a cab and never did and we had to find one off the street

The host at reception was wonderful! He was welcoming and helpful. The location had a 24hr coffee shop within a block or so. Everything I needed was there. Small things: couldn’t stop shower water from getting on the floor; the musty smell.

Nice hotel, incredibly friendly staff. I arrived a bit early but they didn’t ask me to wait until check in time; the receptionist also let me chose which room I prefer, as they had 2 rooms ready, which I found really nice of her. Walking distance from the center. Wifi is strong. I couldn’t find a plug near the bed and had to use the one near the door, but it could be just in this particular room.
