Nothing!!

Very decent for the price. Read some negative comments on the area at night, but went out at night to the convenience store 2 blocks down and it did not feel like a dangerous area at all. Breakfast was ok, though nothing special. Decent place if you need a cheap place to stay in Pereira. The room was a lot more run down than the pictures would make it seem. Bed was quite firm. Bathroom also felt a bit worn down, though not dirty.

poor service. poor breakfast. not as advertised evertything. Start by telling the truth about the hotel and get updated pictures. Also the staff should be interviewed

Wifi not very reliable, if you need it make sure you ask for a room with a repeater close to you otherwise your Internet will be really bad.

I really like the attention from the front desk the guy that was working in the evening shift and I want to clarify that he was the only good thing The bad service from the front desk lady from the morning shift, she have a lack of customer service

There was only one towel in the room, the internet connection never worked, also there was a noisy party in the basement and I could not sleep until 2 AM

Only item...if you are claustrophobic..majority of rooms don't have windows that open to outside of the building.
