The staff was friendly at all times. They were very attentive to my Booking reservation. It's easy to contact them via WhatsApp or call to resolve any questions. The hotel is centrally located, a five-minute walk from Plaza Bolivar. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the room is small but comfortable. The two-person room doesn't have a window, so the space is small, but it's perfect if you want to spend a few nights in the city. There are several restaurants, bakeries, and bars nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff were lovely, really friendly and the place was clean. No communal space, but you can’t fault them for that. Good place if you want to explore but have a safe friendly environment to come home to.

I appreciated the amenities that were available to guests such as a refrigerator, multiple towels and soaps, hairdryer (although I didn’t use it) The location was very convenient for me. It was easy to hear sounds and actions from other guests which can be inconvenient especially in the night.

Good staff. Nice room. Good value. Room gets too hot and is not very comfortable during the day. There are no windows, just a fan so air circulation is not good. I had to leave door open for most of the time. rooms really need air conditioning.

close to the city center there are many good restaurants nearby a good option for accommodation for the money the hotel staff is always ready to help you

Good service, comfortable and clean. It's safe and it's possible to get drinkable water or to buy drinks there. No breakfast or restaurant there but available close by. The bathroom doesn't have a fan to evacuate the humidity from the shower so the room gets humid, and feels therefore warmer.
