Highly recommend Hotel Paradise del Cafe! It’s clean, has great staff, and is conveniently located near Bolivar Park. After the Dibeni hotel nearby turned me away despite having a confirmed booking, I was lucky to find this place so quickly. A much better alternative.

The property looks renovated or new. Extremely hot and noisy. I had to use a fan and sleep with earplugs. In the bathroom were some weird bugs.

The location is OK, the staff is very friendly. It is ok for 1-2 night stay but the facilities are in a poor conditions. Had it been renovated, it would have looked much better. The beds are not very comfortable and some rooms are noisy (that are next to the street). The price was reasonable compared to the other hotels. The breakfast was ok.

The location is great it's in the center of town so you can walk to a lot of places. The staff was nice. Includes an uneventful breakfast. I wasn't expecting someone to come in my room when I was gone. Apparently they had a maid service? Nothing was missing but I make my own bed there was no reason for the maid to come in and that was alarming I didn't like the unexpected intrusion. Maybe I should have communicated. I didn't see a tag on the door to give the option yes or no for maid service.There was a funky smell the entire time in the room and all the hallways it smelled like garlic airplane glue and other gross chemicals and never went away. The smell is the deal breaker.

Straightforward, good location, the staff were professional and friendly, and everything was delivered as advertised.

Receptionists needs more training. Very strict with the check out. They have no flexibility to do a little late (15 minutes) the check out. This hotel policy needs to be more flexible.
