Location, room size

The location was excellent. The guy who worked the night shift was extremely rude and entitled. He would olay 5ge radio at night during "quiet" hours to tge point that I had to tell yim to turn it off. There were other incidents as well.

Exceptional

Very friendly staff and good located next to the movida street The rooms were not insulated and I could hear all the noise and loud music from the street until 1-2am, a dog crying all the night (it's not the host fault, of course) and people in the hostel walking up and down a very noisy stair. Breakfast was pretty plain, same every day: scrumble eggs, arepa, bread, coffee.

I would add quesito to the breakfast and the hot water in the room never worked.

Great location, great stuff and lot's of room. They were able to accomdate additional requests. Overall really good experience. Great value for money The room is a little dated but is a great value for money. An elevator would help a lot if you have multiple pieces of luggage because the stair a bit steep

I had an early flight but they kindly still provided the airport shuttle service to the hostel and let me keep my bag there until I could check in. They went above and beyond in their customer service in helping me out despite my limited Spanish! I did find the road quite noisy but it was fine with ear plugs and quietened down during the night

I love how close it is to everything. Their price is affordable. It also includes breakfast. I was pretty pleased with everything.

The place is small but very clean and comfortable. It is located in a nice neighborhood surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, including a full shopping mall a couple blocks away. Breakfast is convenient but fairly simple, do not expect nothing else than some eggs coffee and bread.

Nice hostel in a very good and safe location, very quiet and Just few steps away from the arboleda shopping center. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. The room didn’t have a AC, just a fan. In the nights we were able to hear the clubs which are nearby but it wasn’t a big deal.

Very clean, very helpful, the breakfast was very good and any question was resolve for the staff.

My single room was comfortable with plenty of space, a private bathroom with hot water and even a balcony with a hammock. The staff were welcoming and friendly, from those at the front desk to the young man who cooked me breakfast. The hostel is in a nice part of the city where you can walk to shops, stores, bars and restaurants on the nearby main strip.

Clean, calm and spacious hostel very close to loads of restaurants and cafes. The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfy. Staff are also friendly.

Very good location.Big room with big tv You have to say a day before what time you want breakfast.The lady never asked how i wanted my egg she just made scrambled eggs.I had breakfast appointments for 8:30 and at 8:24 she knocks on my door that breakfast is ready

It has everything you need for the stay. Good location in the busy area in pereira. No free parking at the premise.

when I arrived they had changed my room that I initially booked to a different room by the kitchen and stairs so it was very noisy. they hadn’t informed me of this so I agreed to the change. the room opposite me had 3 male guests who left the door open and were talking loudly with the TV and music on. I heard multiple knocks on my door around 7pm and felt extremely uncomfortable as a solo female traveller alone. I requested to change rooms and they informed me the hotel was fully booked out (I guess they changed my initial room booking to accommodate for other guests who wanted to book for 2 beds for my initial twin room). I decided to leave the hotel and move to a place I felt more secure and requested a refund, which they told me they could only refund for my second night, I reluctantly agreed. the manager reached out to me on WhatsApp to apologise for the situation and organise a refund, however till this day i still never received it. I know the situation was out of their control but it was a extremely disappointing and not handled well by the staff.
