Loved to walk the beautiful grounds… lots of cozy places to sit and relax❤️ I loved it! It is beautiful and unique.

It was a beautiful large Manor House set in acres of landscaped grounds and a private pool but in the middle of nowhere in terms of transportation and very hard to get to unless you rent a car The fact that our room was on the top floor - it was tiny and had a really small bathroom was disappointing. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room and the hotel didn’t offer any additional food apart from breakfast which was mediocre to say the least. There was no option to order food at lunchtime but the staff were fed and for dinner if you were staying in the hotel that evening there was only one choice for food and at 30 euros ahead it was not all that either. I felt the staff were not that friendly and I felt uncomfortable asking for any additional amenities.

We had a brilliant stay. Such a gorgeous property - with a lovely pool, endless grounds and friendly staff. Dinner was a particular highlight - stunning! Thank you!

Location. Staff. Surroundings. Chalet to store bicycles. Homely and welcoming feeling Dog poo in pool area. Studio room only superficially cleaned daily. Dead flies on the floor most days. Hot food limited and often not available at breakfast unless asked for. Cutlery often missing and needed to be asked for. Air conditioning not working.

Great trees, pool and animals inside make you feel very relaxing and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Our room has a nice balcony. There is no fridge in the room. The rooms are really small.

House and grounds interesting. If one wanted a pool, it had one. Tea or coffee making facilities in room and water would have been good. Set dinner was very disappointing and would not recommend the hotel for this reason.

The grounds were stunning; a vast garden with plenty of seating and deck chairs to relax on, and a big swimming pool in the sun. The pair of sheep and pair of chickens that wander the grounds were a particular highlight! The single dish dinners were also fantastic. Loved our stay here - a real gem of a find!
