Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel vers 21h00. La climatisation de la chambre était éteinte. Nous l’avons mise en marche avant de sortir, en pensant que la chambre serait fraîche à notre retour. À notre retour vers 00h30, la chambre était toujours extrêmement chaude et la climatisation ne produisait aucun air frais. Je suis immédiatement descendu à la réception. Le réceptionniste m’a clairement indiqué que la climatisation était en panne et qu’aucune intervention ne serait possible avant le lendemain, à l’arrivée du technicien. J’ai expliqué que nous ne pouvions pas rester dans une chambre aussi chaude, notamment pour des raisons de santé concernant mon épouse. Malgré cela, aucune autre chambre climatisée ni aucune solution immédiate ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons donc été contraints de quitter l’hôtel en pleine nuit et de contacter plusieurs établissements afin de trouver un hébergement de remplacement. Mon historique d’appels confirme les nombreuses démarches effectuées après minuit. Le plus décevant est que l’hôtel a ensuite affirmé que la climatisation fonctionnait, alors que le réceptionniste nous avait expressément confirmé sur place qu’elle était en panne. Cette gestion du problème, l’absence totale de solution et la contestation ultérieure des faits rendent cette expérience particulièrement mauvaise. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. À ce jour, l’établissement refuse également de reconnaître le problème et de rembourser la nuit que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser.

Closeness to the airport. Evening meal was ok, breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady who served breakfast and the barman. Lots of hot water for a shower. The room was very poor. Very small and drab. The bed was small and very uncomfortable. What annoyed me most was that the room and the evening meal was nothing like the pictures on the Booking.com site, which was how I made my choice when booking. I would not have made the booking if I had seen an ‘actual’ bedroom.

The hotel is not far the main highway in a quiet area. It has a pool that is great to swim. The staf is friendly and helpful. It alowes pets to stay. It has a local restaurant and a free car parking. We didn’t find the information that they have a restaurant with long working hours. It would be a useful information for guests. The conditioning system was locked and we couldn’t control it.

No problem with the late check-in. Cozy room. Reasonabky priced. Safe parking behind a fence. Swimming pool. There was no glass or kettle in the room.

Car park good, restaurant in evening was very good. Room was very cold and heating not effective as took a very long time to get partially warm and so noisy - it was an exceptionally cold night and maybe this was the issue.

The staff were very helpful and caring. The restaurant was good and the food was good It was good value The room was very small and the bed very uncomfortable. The price for one night at €190 was very expensive. It is close to the airport and the taxi cost €30! and he turned up 25 minutes late and was not polite.

We chose 1 night stay as we needed the location of this hotel for a visit the following day. For a double and a single beds room hotel, the size of the room was ridiculously small. We could barely move, took turns to stand up. The mattress was so sunken we kept rolling into the middle of the bed, I did not sleep at all. The synthetic pillow was really uncomfortable. We 3 woke up with back pain. They definetly need to invest in new beds. For the money we should have gone to an Ibis instead.
