Ice machine did not Room had bed bugs or used way too much bleach cause I’ve got a rash

The location was great The internet was down the whole time, ice machine was broken, the towel was not clean and not enough wash cloths. The staff lied about the internet and the pool was not accessible.

Location is excellent..convenient to stores, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and Interstate 75. Room wasn't as clean as it normally was in past bookings. Cleaning service kept barging in door with key even though I had requested and been approved for late checkout

The check-in agent was rude. Totally disengaged professionally with us as a client. Our room smelled of urine . Toilet lid was up revealed urine drops on toilet brim. We asked her to send a maid and didn't do it.. Coffee pot broken. Dead bugs on floor.

Air conditions were not working properly had to change rooms 4 times. very inconvenient.

Staff was friendly , but the rooms are dated, beds/pillows aren’t comfortable at all. Room takes FOREVER too cool down , gaps in the doors so you can see light through them. Won’t be back.

Room size was great. Bed was horrible, old sunken in from years of use. Pillows were flat and only three very small ones on a king bed.

Nothing, my reservation was not found by a staff that did not speak English fluently. After 30 mins I left and requested a cancelation. Cancelation was denied and I was charge for a room I did not use. Not being able to communicate with staff
