It could use a deep clean

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was just okay. Overall value for the price. Would stay again.

The pool was nice and some of the staff was great. We had 2 roaches in our bathroom. They came in to clean the room but didn’t make the bed and only added 2 extra towels and took the trash, which I’m grateful for. The hot tub also didn’t work then on top of that the door to the room doesn’t close fully there is a crack so it let in warm air..

Rooms were half clean. Old food was behind the dresser next to the bed. TV was an older model.

We’ve always stopped and stayed here while passing through to Disney or the beach, the location is nice. The lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly or welcoming.. then Immediately you can tell it hasn’t been taken care of.. As soon as we enter the room, roaches- alive and dead. Not just a couple, MANY. We left asap and stayed somewhere else.

This motel was very outdated, dirty and smelled bad. There were stains on the sheets and spider on the bed. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Close to places to get dinner The bathrooms are really small.

Off highway The reality is this is a roach motel. Literally saw a roach crawling on wall in lobby. Ac unit was off in the middle of summer in room. It took 5 hrs to cool down. Smelled like feces and urine through out room. Dead mosquitoes in bed. As someone who frequent hotels, this was incredibly disappointing, especially because none of the reviews are very accurate. It is not clean. The breakfast is a regular breakfasts. That is about the only truth thing, but if you’re expecting anything other than a place that might have actual mold on the walls smell of urine and bugs absolutely everywhere that is what this place is.

The pool was broken somehow and it was closed; was not told before I booked the room. Our bed had a couple small spiders in it; had to squash them… The room was extremely hot because the ac unit wasn’t on at all. There are appears to be “long time” residents. Plants growing in the windows and the smell of weed or drugs being consumed. At night I did feel the need to conceal carry; and I did… The staff was friendly enough; no problems there. The ice machine worked great for filling a small cooler for the day. If you JUST need a place to sleep at then it’s okay… If you need a place to comeback too during the day and kill time or do more than sleep I’d say spend another 50ish dollars and get a better hotel to be honest. I’m used to staying at Hilton’s or Fairview hotels and they have always been acceptable or excellent experiences. This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel and up keep. But for just sleeping it’s okay.

We asked and paid for late check out (by 2pm) they not only came by the room and checked on us for check out @11am but they also called us at 12pm to ask if we were staying an extra day? As we were packing our car the cleaning person was standing at our door waiting for us to leave. We ended up leaving by 1:30p but I wish it was communicated we were staying til 2.

Staff was friendly and everything was clean. Breakfast setup was excellent.

With three children (6, 8 and 10 years old) the pool helped a lot when we first arrived for them to get some exercise after an 8 hour drive. The breakfast was a great help in getting us on the road early.

Great bang for the buck. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The coffee is the best. We did not indulge in hot tub or pool.
