Quality Inn Perrysburg - Toledo South

We tried to check into the hotel we arrived at 730 pm our room was not ready even though check in was at 4. When we got back at 830 the room was ready when we walked in the floor was still wet there were crumbs and hair on the bed the shower had hair in it and the toilet had what looked like fecal matter on it as well. The woman at the front desk said she could not help us with a refund or cancellation because we booked through Expedia. When Expedia tried to call the property to make sure we were not there no one picked up the phone. Still waiting for an email saying that we can get a refund. We drove about 9.5 hours this was just supposed to be an overnight stop. There were at least 4 other family’s leaving saying they received a refund and were going somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was great. Breakfast was adequate. Bed cozy. Pool was nice.

Room is not clean specially the washroom is lots of hair,bathtub still soapy and sleepery. Very poor hygiene…Name of hotel is Quality but to be honest no Quality at all!

Good location!!! Rooms were nice for the price. And breakfast was convenient our needs

The lobby, room and dining area was great! The out side trash containers were overflowing. It looked like days worth.

The breakfast offered eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy and you could make waffles. The staff was pleasant and friendly. There property is smoke free in the rooms and the first room I was given it was apparently smoked in, which I cannot tolerate. They moved me to another room which was better.

The bathtub had mold around the edges would be a cheap easy fix

Hotel was disgusting. Checked out after I got to the room. Stains on sheets, bugs, and hair in the bathroom. Shower curtain looked like it had never been cleaned. I was showed a room that I was told would be cleaner than the room I was in and it was worse. RUN

Got there late and had very helpful staff

Waited in line for about 10/15 minutes to check in and there were 2 people in front of me w nobody at the office and bartender didn’t know anything where they were. Overall experience was good breakfast was good room was very clean and bed was comfortable

The beds were comfy. The shower had no shampoo and was dirty. The some of the towels were looked like rags. We went to breakfast the only thing that was decent were the waffles. Tables were dirty and never saw anyone cleaning or otherwise. Not the worst but definitely not good

On the negative side, the parking lot needs to be redone but that was minor. One door going to the outside had a door closer mechanism that was loose and hanging down a bit. I am tall and hit my head going through the door way.

Poorly maintained, not very clean. Coffee at breakfast was barely lukewarm warm and things were spilled all over and no one kept an eye on it. Glad it was only $62, went by reviews when I booked and found them deceiving.

I got such a great deal on this room I did not expect much the beds were super comfortable great pillows they have an indoor pool it is in a spectacular location this was a super nice stay and a great value and they even give you a free breakfast and have a workout room

There was no elevators and no help bringing up the bags. They ran out of spread butter and nothing came in during our stay. No eta on when it would get there

Clean Hotel, Breakfast was amazing some of the best Gravy and biscuits I've ever had and I don't typically eat biscuits and Gravy

The white comforter had several stains that looked like fecal matter and there were similar fecal stains on the toilet. We went down and told them at the front desk about the stained comforter and had to wait 10 minutes to get a new one with no apologies. We are not picky travelers and it takes a lot to complain but I feel like these things need to be addressed.
