Don't go there nasty

Kind of a dumpy room and place. Felt like motel apartment style place due to how run down the place was. Doors and floors were falling apart, beds were a mess for both rooms I rented the day I was there for my friends and I. Just overall disappointed with this redroof and this is by far the worst one ive ever stayed at and it having no amenities and no pool is a very big let down. And the receptionist wasnt even there to check us out properly so it wasnt too good of a stay and would never come there again and im thinking twice about red roof inns next time!

The hotel was behind a truck stop. Hard to find in the dark because the roads are not lit. If I had not paid for the room, we would have went elsewhere. looks like people live there, & not just overnight. EVERYTHING needs upgraded. Fist hole in the bathroom door. smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. Rool smelled like a dog had been there.(it was next door.) Beds were clean.

Doors to exterior all had broken locks. Dirty lot. Maybe a little scary…

Leaving was the best part. This product shouldn't be on Booking.com. Where do I start, the hallways smelled like urinal cakes, wet dogs and insecticide. The back door was broken, anyone could walk in without a key. Someone from Red Roof needs to do an unannounced visit, this facility is gross and needs a lot of work. The weeds around the building aren't the most inviting, nor is the trash in the parking lot.

Room was terribly dirty; it was obvious nothing but the bedding had been cleaned in months if not longer. TV wouldn’t work, internet wouldn’t work. The manager the next morning was very professional and understanding and gave me a full refund, as I left after one night but had reserved three nights.

Clean room and quite place.

The railing on the stairs was broken . There was a hole in the bedroom wall.The bathroom ceiling was stained and about to fall in. The bathroom sink leaked. The staff couldn’t even get you an extra pillow cause they were locked up and didn’t have a key. The parking area was full of huge pot holes . The hall stunk like cat pee .

Only problem was there is no elevator and we had a lot of luggage. Rooms were nice and staff were nice.

The floor was dirty and needs to be mopped more often.

Bed was good. Iron, shampoo, usb charging were usefull,,

It was in a very sketchy area the pictures online looked nothing like the place I showed up to. The driveway was destroyed more holes than road. Ended up not even staying there. I grew up in sw Det and tbh it reminded me of the hotels back home that the hookers use to turn tricks.

isn't that illegal. white people kept bothering my car playing with my door. I had error messages on my info system telling me my door was open and my trunk. these people are prejudice it was so bad that I had to call the police. now I am being bad mouth on the internet. the policeman had no scanner he wanted me to change rooms I decided to leave there was nobody ever around in the office I let my key at the front desk and left. nice room very remote location not a lot of tenants here it's near a truck stop no store nothing in the area basically I made a wrong turn off the freeway and I regret it. I will never ever be back.

The property is very outdated.

There was nothing to speak of! Coffee which was actually good & cereal. That’s it & a Hugh empty room. Our room was fairly nice & the bed was comfortable. The way in was horrific! No way in from main road. Backroads turns & twists! It took us 3 times to get there. The lights needed to be replaced & none were available, however we were given another room. The hallways were So warn & dated!!

Clean room I called about a new tv remote they responded with a new one within minutes

Room was clean. Peeling paint and water stains all over the ceiling but also a low price so no big complaints. Toilet paper holder ripped out of the bathroom counter as well
