I really liked Blue Lagoon Hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the location is convenient and handy. The room was tidy and very clean, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. It’s a perfect place for two people. What I don’t like is that the price can sometimes be too high. When booking online, the hotel doesn’t allow me to book for more than one day if there’s a good deal available. I have to make separate bookings every single day, which ends up making the total price higher.

A bit cramped

I got injured from a faulty bathroom sliding door. Got the wound dressed at 4am and went back to sleep. Woke up to some blood on the sheets. Management said I had to pay RM50 for the cleaning! I asked to see Management but they never met me. I objected to the payment and after I said I was making a claim for medical expenses only then did they waive the RM50!

Location 301-Smell of sewage from toilet, sound from outside of the road, self checkin machine does not work, call no one pick up and need to wait till staff coming back.

The location was extremely convenient, with Sunway Pyramid shopping mall just across the road. The room was bigger than expected, well-maintained, and very clean, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. One downside was the noise level at night. The walls were quite thin, so I could hear conversations from the next room, as well as people talking and cars passing by on the street. Weekends were especially noisy.

The room is generally new and nice, there is a common living space at the lift lobby, if you want to sit at the Sofa to read. Rooms are spacious and design is well thought out generally. It is good that they created storage space below bed. The Safe box was locked when I got in the room, I would expect the housekeeping staff to check and unlock it before the next guest arrives. If they had install half a shower screen between the toilet bowl and the shower area, the floor of the toilet would not be so wet after showering. I had to remove the toilet roll, from the holder to prevent it from getting wet.

The bathroom is next to toilet no seperator. No shower holder. Little toilet paper. And have to ask for towel every time.

Room is small, toilet smell, and position of AC is not correct because cold air is flowing directly to the bed.
