Location - staff are trying to help Not clean - no complimentary water I came very late - no clear instruction -

We didn't stay there because they didn't give us the room we booked and gave us the cheaper room and it was not clean, and the staff refused to help.. we asked for refund and the staff asked us to cancel online so that it will be considered as" we cancelled" and they have nothing to do with that.

The bed, the cozyness.. First of all, lift were not working. It was dissapointing since one of the main reason i took this room was because it has lift. And my room was given way up to level 3. The bed sheet has 2 minor blood stains and the pillowcases were not really clean. There were 2 opened coca cola cans in the mini fridge which shows that the room were not cleaned thoroughly that the cleaners did not throw away the can drinks.
